Without any therapy only by the medicines my OCD is recovering slowly slowly I'm taking medicine from 4 weeks so is I need to take medicine for longer period.

Dear user. TESTICULAR PAIN could be due to epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. Gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. A hydrocele, which is characterized by swelling of the scrotum. An inguinal hernia. HI, you may need to consult a doctor because you are having obsessive thoughts and it may later turn worse. Till then, you can do Mindful Breathing The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them.  Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing.  Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing.

Dear user, do rest in between 1-2 hours for 10 minutes, avoid spine bending and try to be straight. Use multivitamin tab at night. And drink plenty of water and morning yoga. Thanks.

I want to make my face fat go completely with perfect jawline looks. My jawline which is not that great is hidden under fat I think though I am not that fat. Sprint is the best exercise to shred off fat from body as well as jawline. Run at your maximum last speed for 1/2 to 1 minutes follow this with medium speed for 1/2 minutes. Repeat this 10-11 times or you can change the number according to your strength. Don't forget to do whole body stretching before and after exercise. It will help in reducing the chances of any injury during high speed exercise.

This mostly happen when you hve weekness in your joints. I advice you to use english toilet or potty stool. Do not fold your leg from knee joint. Take calcium supplements n eat healthy. If problem persist do one xray.
