Please use sunscreen daily. Have lots of fruits especially red grapes along with seeds. Use more pepper and turmeric in cooking, they are know skin lightening agesnts.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

There were minor pain in his right knee for last 2 years and recently it has aggravated a bit. Local doctor consulted and carnisure 500 tab twice daily in addition exercise for knee and hip have been prescribed. But improvements are very negligible. Pl suggest any remedial measures.

Hello as you neglected the pain it is aggreavated. Now use the knee cap for both the knees. Use it for 10 hrs. If you want 2 sit below by folding the knees remove the knee caps. At bed time do not use them. Continue medicines you will bbenefited.

Do one thing at a time. Multi tasking can confuse you. Write down all tht ylu want to do. Pick up what is most important and needs to be done first. Give yourself a timeframe to finish that work and prepare a outline of how you want to proceed. Eat right, exercise and rest properly.

Firstly start eating Triphla chooran in morning with luke warm water empty stomach. Secondly note down the below points to gain benefits: Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. 1.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime. Buy a pedometer to check how much step you walk, its a cheap gadget available in medical shops. 2.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3.Eat handfull of roasted almond every day. 4.Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. 5.Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. A set of 12 fixed, cyclic postures define Suryanamaskar which when performed repeatedly at an easy pace can bring a sense of well being, almost immediately. However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 8.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). 9.Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Hi improving your diet and lifestyle is the best way to lose weight. Make small target of losing 2-4 kg per month. Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up. Eat three fruits per day. Drink plenty of water. Eat high fiber vegetables and low fat protein sources. Walk for thirty min minimum daily.

Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1……. Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. 1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

Hello lybrate-user, apply eladi taila daily over the darkened areas and take bath, after waiting for 30 min minimum. Continue for atleast 3 months. You can make a paste of kastoori manjal with neem leaves to apply over the parts daily. Wash off after 40 min. We can't do much on stretch marks.
