Natural method of treatment. 1.Prepare coconut milk by grinding grated coconut and squeezing its milk. Apply coconut milk to your scalp by using hair brush. Cover your head with a towel and leave it for 20 minutes and rinse your hair with cold water. Do it once a week 2. Extract pulp content from the stalk of aloevera plant and rub to your hair which is washed before. Massage the pulp into your scalp in circular motion, leave it for 15 minutes, rinse it with cold water do it thrice a week preferably in the morning after taking head bath. 3. Boil 10-12 dry neem leaves in water, wait for the mixture to cool, rinse your hair with this mixture after shampooing (protect your eyes while rinsing to prevent burning sensation). Repeat the process once in a week. 4. Steep 2 green tea bags in hot water and wait till water cools down. Remove the tea bags and use the solution to rinse the hair and massage the solution over your scalp after shampooing it. Do it twice a week. 5. Slightly warm 1-2 tablespoonful of coconut oil. Gently apply the oil to your scalp and hair root for 30 minutes. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash it off with cold water. 6.Take 2-3 lemon, cut the lemon and prepare lemon juice. Strain the juice into a bowl using muslin cloth and mix it with warm water. Wash your hair, pour the mixture over scalp and massage hair for 5 minutes. Wash it off with cool water. You can repeat the process 1-2 times per week in the morning after taking bath. 7. Boil some curry leaves in your hair oil and apply it on scalp. Massage for 15-20 minutes twice a week 8. Consult Trichologist (hair specialist) for further advice and treatment.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Follow these instructions to clear dark circles: Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. Drink 8 glass of water daily. Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily. Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Hi lybrate-user, In our fast paced lifestyle hair loss has emerged as a common problem among people, irrespective of the gender and the age. So, when Ayurveda introduced a range of treatments and methods to treat hair-loss, a number of people flocked towards it. Below are some of the treatments you may settle on, to slow down your ongoing hair-loss. 1. Dietary Tips To Recover Hair Volume - Regular intake of fresh juices prepared from spinach, carrot, and lettuce let your hairs relive. In addition to this, one can consider having aloe vera juice or aloe vera gel thrice a day for 2-3 months. This can definitely work wonders to improve the length as well as volume of your hair. Owing to high content of calcium and magnesium in sesame seeds, its consumption every morning can have a great effect on controlling hair fall. 2. Yoga And Meditation Helps Treat Hair Loss - Sarvangasana, an inverted asana has the potential to overturn the gravity of hair loss. Inverted asanas stimulate the blood flow towards the head, which strengthens the hair and prevent it from falling. But, it is advisable to practice asanas under the supervision of a yoga teacher. In the meanwhile, you can consider practicing deep breathing to relieve the brain nerves, control. 3. Work To Relieve Pitta Dosha - Pitta Dosha being the major reason behind the hair fall, has always grabbed the attention of researchers. As an outcome, they came up with several remedies to treat pitta dosha, ashwagandha is one of them. As ashwagandha is rich in anti-oxidants, it can throw all the toxins out from the body and cleans your body if consumed daily. Do not forget to drink a plentiful amount of water. 4. Say “Yes” To Ayurvedic Herbs - Ayurvedic herbs like bhringaraaja, brahmi, amla, neem, reetha, and ashwagandha are being used since decades to treat premature graying and reverse balding. Bhringaraaja oil acts as a great rejuvenator and thus helps promote sound sleep, which further results in better hair growth. On the other hand, brahmi can be applied as a hair pack available in most of the stores to promote hair growth. 5. Go For Hot Oil Massage - Ayurvedic oils like that of almond, coconut, castor, olive, sesame seeds and amla are also effective in improving circulation and rejuvenating hair follicles. Massage with Ayurvedic oil twice a week results in unexpected improvement in the hair volume within the tenure of 5-6. Diet balancing, Meditation, Yoga and herbal concoctions are superior as well as natural ways of restoring density and overall quality of your hairs. So, go out and choose any of the ayurvedic treatments to become the proud owner of beautiful hairs. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Can anyone suggest an acupressure point on my face for face glow and attractive? Which part of face?
Accuopressure is mostly hokum. Don't try all this. If you have some pigmentation on the face, then you can take proper treatment. Do not use steroid containing fairness creams.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, over-styling, thyroid diseases take homoeopathic medicine lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

I am 19 years old male and I have problem of dandruff, I am using head and shoulder shampoo but it is not effective.

What is the severity of your dandruff? daily cleansing with a gentle shampoo to reduce oiliness and skin cell buildup can often help mild dandruff. Shampooing with tea tree oil can also help eliminating dandruff. For severe dandruff antibacterial and antifungal shampoos as prescribed by me can reduce the fungus on your scalp that can cause dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. But never self treat fungal dandruff as it may develop resistance and cause lifelong probems do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Acne skin care — Skin care is an important aspect of acne treatment. 1. Skin hygiene — Wash your face no more than twice daily using a gentle non-soap facial skin cleanser (eg, Cetaphil, foaming face wash, or Dove bar) and warm (not hot) water. Vigorous washing or scrubbing can worsen acne and damage the skin's surface. 2. Do not pick or squeeze pimples because this may worsen acne and cause skin pigmentation and scarring. 3. Sun protection — To minimize skin damage from the sun, avoid excessive sun exposure and use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. More elaborate guidance can be given on further discussions. I would be happy to help you and assist in getting over your problem.

Hair Transplant - Know About The FUE Technique!

Hair Transplant - Know About The FUE Technique!

Hair transplant is a surgical procedure that is used to move hair follicles from one location in the body to another. The part from which the hair follicles are taken is known as the “donor site” and the location where it is moved to is called the “recipient site”. Patients who undergo hair transplants often come across the terms FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction).

Follicular Unit Extraction is a procedure which involves the singular extraction of each hair follicle without any removal of strip of tissue. Random removal of hair follicle takes place which causes minimal and unnoticeable changes in the donor area. Fewer amounts of hair are transplanted as the follicles are removed one at a time which makes it beneficial for the removal of lesser hair as compared to the traditional FUT procedure.

The Procedure

In FUE, singular removal of hair follicles is done using specialized equipment that generally consists of a needle which has a diameter less than one mm. The needle is targeted at the base of the hair follicles. At this spot, a circular incision is made. Another instrument, similar to tweezers, is used to dislodge the hair follicle from the scalp.

Post- Surgery Management:

Stretches are not needed in Follicular Unit Extraction. Additionally, there is almost no post procedural discomfort. Since the occurrence of any scar is absent, healing time is generally less. However, puncture marks which have a diameter of 1 mm or less are common. These marks heal by themselves within 3 to 7 days. It takes ten months on an average for the hair to look natural once again. The initial scars heal quickly and daily activities can be resumed the very next day.

Advantages:

Perspective of the surgeon:

  1. Lesser manpower, when compared to FUT, is needed i.e. a single doctor with a maximum of two assistants can run a clinic.
  2. Lesser equipment is needed.
  3. Graft preparation is minimal.

Perspective of the Patient:

  1. Can sport short hair.
  2. Less post-operative recovery time.
  3. Microscopic scars in the donor site are nearly invisible.
  4. Body hair can be used for added density only in this technique.
  5. Can be used to cover pre-existing scar of surgery
