Requires detail examination and investigation Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold). Ankle stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Since I always have bloated and very tight stomach, is it ok fir me to drink milk (especially cold coffee) or shud I avoid it in any form. And what about giving lassi coz I like it n is it beneficial in anyway since I have muscular dystrophy , I need some strengthening for my muscles n bones.

Is the bloating due to milk? if yes you have lactose intolerance and you would want to use alternative forms of calcium supplementation. If the bloating is not related to drinking milk and you have it after eating everything else then you can drink milk. Just lower junk food and spicy food. Lower your oil intake. Use oil which are rich in good fatty acids. Add more vegetables and eat mostly the seasonal fruits.

Remember the 30-30 Rule - Prevent a hunchback
Its a golden winning rule and it can help prevent hunchback.

For every 30 minutes of doing a certain activity do 30 seconds of movement in opposite direction.

Every 30 minutes that you sit in the chair get up and do a stretch with backward bend for 30 seconds.

If your neck is bothering you just take a moment to draw your chin in as if getting a double chin, roll your shoulders back and down and stretch for 30 seconds.

If you realize you haven't taken a deep breath in 30 minutes then take a moment to focus on your breathing, take slow deep breaths for 30 seconds.

Set a timer for every 30 minutes you spend sitting, stretch for 30 seconds and feel better and look better.

I recently met with an accident and fractured my tibial bone in right knee immdly undergone a surgery for it and now haveit fixed with a screw n plate Dr. Says after 6 weeks I can put weight on my right leg and till that I am using a walker and given some physio exercises my quest is will I be able to lead a normal life walk drive 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler if so from when?

According your acute pain in neck a x-ray must according your age its cs n due to long standing back pain and left leg its sciatica pain so sir advise is that tk physiotherapy treatment for few days and avoid toward bending and long standing. No need any surgery only follow that you will ok and tk calcium supplements.
