Dear Lybrateuser, - Along with exercises you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein foods to gain muscles - have more of vegetables, fruits, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods like eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products such as yogurt, cheese, butter milk, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - can consult a dietician for your exact requirement of calories & proteins as per your activity level, dietary habits & constitution.

Dear lybrateuser, - Weight loss is not by missing meals, you have to have healthy foods & reduce the portion - have soup, salad & vegetable with a a protein food like yogurt or beans or lentils - avoid refined carbs like in rice & chapati - have a light dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime.

Dear Lybrateuser, - A strong immunity depends on a healthy lifestyle including a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods, good hydration, regular exercise, proper sleep & minimum stress - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise including jogging, swimming, cycling, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - do yoga, meditation, listen to light music to reduce stress - a positive & healthy lifestyle leads to a strong immunity.

Dear lybrateuser, - In hypertension you are to restrict salt intake only, you have to consume a well balanced diet to keep fit & energetic - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein foods including low fat milk & dairy, heart healthy fats as in fish, olive, canola & sunflower oil for cooking, nuts ( like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, have a handful of mixed unsalted nuts ), avocados, seeds such as flax, sesame & chia - include a protein rich food like egg or fish or dairy product or legumes, sprouts, nuts, peas in each of meals & also have as a snack in between meals to boost your energy levels - keep a track of your calorie intake so that weight should not increase.

Dear Lybrateuser, - You have to do a urine RE/ME, urine culture test, if bacteria is detected then antibiotic sensitivity test is done to know the precise antibiotic which is effective against the organism - have 8-10 glasses of water along with other fluids.
