Do move from your desk every 2 hours for Minimum 10 minutes and do take IFT and laser Therapy for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist Best wishes.

Dear sandeep, after you shoot its normal for penis to go for rest for some duration, dont try to make it hard with force rest for sometime and start pleasing each other will make it stiff again. Its normal.

Hello- your fertile period is mid seven days of your cycle. Do sex daily or twice daily in these days. Make sure that you must do sex in missionary position only as it will promote your chances to pregnancy.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I used melacare for 2 months but at that time my skin was fair n glowing even I do not have dark circles but after stopping melacare my doctor said me to use kojivit gel I am using it since 1 month but my skin luks dull not glowing n is ot necessary to apply sper sunscreen spf 26 means can I use another lakme or ponds sunscreen n I also want to know how much time it will take to regain my natural luk n after that which cream should I apply on face for daily purpose n is it necessary to apply sunscreen n what should I apply first sunscreen or my daily cream like ponds or lakme or olay. Please tell me I am very worried abut my skin please help me.

Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin : • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.
