Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! Try to take protein from natural sources only, but if you are very keen to take that protein powder then buy any branded protein powder from a reliable store (don't take any other supplement apart from this). It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Dear friend, please start taking balance diet and a lot of water daily. Add some salads, fresh and dry fruits and milk in this. Also start some physical exercise like running. Gradually increase the diet and exercise to get best results. Tell your progress after fifteen days to guide further.

u please take lots of water,if u don't like to plain water take juices,take small frequent meals,,cut fruits...n try to take slightly bland food nly but every two hrs once,take rest,,u must have dehydrated urself too much so ur feeling this...Take care..

Process of gaining of weight should be done gradually and naturally. So you must take milk blended with raisins and almond twice a day. Take a cup of overnight soaked raisins and green grams on empty stomach before breakfast.

Protein powders does not harm if you are taking a good quality one. And also, if you are lifting heavy weights, then protein powder is good for your muscles. If you facing problems in gaining weight, then try eating 6 times a day. Meals should be healthy and nutritious. Exercise daily and wait for some months to see results. Body changes take time to happen.

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hi for your height your weight should be 60 kgs. You can increase weight over all not only one part of body. You can do some exercises for your hips using weights Also start eating a high protein diet with good amount of calories.

Your height can not increase after crossing 18-20 years of age. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. It is good that you are doing regular exercise. It will increase your fitness but as you are experiencing, it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. With customised lifestyle modification approaches, people over 100-150 kg are also losing weight for long term. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. jay.if you are sedentary working male than your daily calorie requirements is 2320kcal/day.so you are taking less calorie than your requirement and that is why you are not able top gain weight.calorie requirement also change according to one's BMR(basal metabolic rate).in your case all you need proper guidance of diet.feel free to take my consultation.

Sir, I used a medicine tablets like Himalaya confido and chandhanadivati. But I didn't cured a nightfall .I am suffering from nightfall since 4to 5 years. My energy levels are decreasing .I am not even married. I want to become fat like body muscles but out side mass gain powders are not good for health, I heard that if I use it after marriage I want to suffer a lot. Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem. We start feeling weakness, tiredness, etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Keep stumic clean & avoid constipation.

If you r having familial tendency then nothing much can be done. Take mahakushmanda rasayan 1tsp twice daily for 3months useful if the cause is other than familial constitution. Safe ayurveda medicine.

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. If your erection and timing is still good then do not worry. Otherwise with guidance and ayurvedic medicines it can be cured. Premature ejaculation is common problem among youths due to many reasons. This can be cure with proper guidance and ayurvedic medicines. Consult to discuss your problem in details. Once you start medication within 10 days you will feel the change.
