Hi I am durba. My husband may have a serious problem. 4 months ago his liver is increased and size was 15.5. After treatment it got reduced little bit and now size is 14.0. But his health is not well at all. He reduced 14 kg weight within this 4 months. And he fill weak so much. He have low blood pressure and loose motion also. Earlier he was alcoholic but last 4 months he didn't drink alcohol. But still no improvement is there. I don't understand what I should do. Please help me.

Home remedy- Take 7 almonds + Add 2 dried dates + Add 3 small cardamoms + Soak them in water overnight + Crush them to make fine paste the next morning + Add 2 tsp sugar + Add 1 tsp butter + Mix well + Eat once every day. Treatment- 1-Take swarna makshik ras. Yakrit har loh. Nawayas loh twice a day. 2-Punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water. 3-Take Pranacharya liv cure 1-1 capsule and liv cure syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Diet-Avoid salt as more as possible .avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food .tea. Coffee.

I regularly go to gym. I have been going gym from last 8 weeks. I have seen a slight change in myself. But I want faster results. Also I see that I am not able to lift heavy weights. Or do push ups or pull ups. I can do a few push ups. But I can not do a single pullup. I find guys younger than me lifting more weight and having no problem in doing pull ups or push ups. And also I wanna know that what is the ideal weight for me .you have my details .I am 18 years old. I want your to build my muscles and increase strength.

Dear lybrate user, Take, banana with hot milk, butter,,almond in breakfast. Take, ghee in lunch with bread or rice. Costume,Apple,carrots,banana,milk,spinach,pumpkin,cheese,almond,walnuts.soyabin,rajama,pulses.mushrooms. Go for aerobic for 30 mints. Take plenty of water. Homoeo medicine @ alfalfaQ -10 drops,thrice aday with little water. Report after a fortnight

I have some problems like I am tired quickly when I am doing some work etc so what is the reason reply soon.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Sir I have physical endurance test in 15 days. I have to run 1600 meters in 7 mins. Now at present I can run only only one round. I have too run 4 rounds in 7 mins. Pls suggest some drug which give stamina.

stamina Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

Hye. A healthy lifestyle involves, choosing a balanced diet and healthy eating plan. A healthy eating plan: Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts Choose foods low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your health includes a variety of foods you may not have considered. If" healthy eating" makes you think about the foods you can't have, try refocusing on all the new foods you can eat—  All seasonal fruits are great. Vegetables ― try something new each week, as per season. Commit to going to the green grocery and trying a new vegetable each week. Calcium-rich foods ― not only milk but curd, paneer or nuts and seeds and some vegetables and pulses too. A new twist on an old favorite ― if your favorite recipe calls for frying fish or breaded chicken, try healthier variations using baking or grilling. Maybe even try a recipe that uses paneer or soya nuggets in place of higher-fat meats. Healthy eating is all about balance. You can enjoy your favorite foods even if they are high in calories, fat or added sugars. The key is eating them only once in a while, and balancing them out with healthier foods and more physical activity.

These will help you. Eat more food more frequently. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Use bigger plate. Use weight gainer supplement. Take more dense fruits and vegetables. Eat protein rich foods in extra amount. Use fats like olive oil, fish oil, coconut, canola, avocado, refined vegetable oil, butter, cream, cheese, ghee, almond, walnut, flax seed, sunflower seed etc. Drink lots of water. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Stress free life and 7-8 hours sleep. These will help you to increase body weight.

Hello lybrate user, looking at your height and weight ratio of course you are underweight. - thing you have to do is to increase the appetite and absorption level - for that you need to do some brisk walk and complete nutritional diet. - take fresh ginger juice 5ml with pinch of salt before food daily twice - always consume freshly prepared home food - take kooshmanda rasayana 1spoon with milk daily twice do it for 30 days. its not okay, it has multiple side effects for future, take flax seed regularly upto 25 grams in powder form, it has Amino acids which will help you retain or gain your muscles.
