Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...so take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Good morning, you might be getting tanning on your face, avoid sun exposure as much as possible. Use a good medicated sunscreen like sunban ultragel- 3 times during the day, apply it at least 20 minutes before you go out. Stop using any cosmetics or mustard oil on the face. Use biluma cream at night. Thanks.

Tips for Acne:: 1.Take some boiled carrots and mash it up. Apply this paste on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Later clean the face with milk. 2.Clean the face with warm water and pat the skin immediately. Now apply Honey (shahad) to the marks and massage it gently. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it with warm water. 3.Take 1 spoon each of lemon juice, Honey (shahad), Almond oil (badam) and milk powder in a bowl. Mix it well and apply on face. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash. Tips for Dark circles:: 1. Boil two green tea bags in one-half cup of water for 10 minutes 2.Remove the tea bags and cool them in the refrigerator for half an hour. 3.Put the cold tea bags over your eyes for about 15 minutes. 4.Follow this remedy twice daily for at least 10 days to get positive results. 5.Lightly massage five or six drops of almond oil into the delicate skin under the eyes before going to bed. Leave it on overnight and wash it off with cold water the next morning. Follow this remedy daily until the dark circles disappear almost entirely. 6.Alternatively, mix five or six drops of almond oil with one tablespoon of raw honey. Apply it carefully on the skin under the eyes before going to bed. Leave it on overnight and then wash with lukewarm water the next morning. Repeat daily until you get the desired results.

Hello, You mean dark circle? Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E), sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8 hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Revert me there after.

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Hi Take medicines Aquifolium (Medisynth) 10drops in 1/4th cup of water twice a day And do check out if you are having dandruff.Bcoz this may be the reason behind having pimples on face and neck.

Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

I will suggest you to get your blood checked for cbc and follow up with reports and few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

If you are sure that scar removal creams will not work on the mark, you can go for laser scar removal or surgery. You need to show the mark to a dermatologist to know what will be a better treatment. The cost completely depends on the type of mark. It can be anything between 10 to 50k or even more if you are going to the best known surgeon.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicine Berberis Aquifolium Q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update with the feedback. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the pimples, it can lead to scarring and skin infections. *avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water in a day. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products. *Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a good six hour sleep everyday. Relax and destress with yoga, meditation, prayer. Dark circles don't have a one-stop solution or home remedy. Sunken eyes won't respond to creams or medicines.
