Please do not do any body building activities for the next 4 weeks as shoulder dislocation will take minimum 4-6 weeks to heal. And also you need to do shoulder strengthening exercises which is very much important for you to recover totally and also in a rhythmical manner.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for Back. --. For your naval problem- Keep it clean. Dress it with Betadine ointment. You my need antibiotcs for some time. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. I am suffering from LVH. Echo shows LVH. Tmt négative. 32/M, 120/80, 83 kg.lipid profile is Cholestérol 273 HDL 37 LDL 194 triglyceride 210. Taking roseday 10 mg, omega3. What shud I do for medicines. I am doing exercise approx 7 km running in morning in 60 minutes. Please guide me. Rib pain nd sometimes chest pain occurs.

I am suffering from pain in my right shoulder from last 4 months or so. Consulted doctor about it; he told me to get a xray of shoulder and after seeing it told me that there is internal swelling in it and advice me some exercises and medicines. I consulted a physio abt it and she told me that might be my ligaments are injured. Don't know whom to consult so that I get complete relief from pain. I am not able to lift a light weight also. Help me out.

You need to consult doctor but a specialist in shoulder. Orthopaedic surgeon who is specialist in shoulder. He will evaluate you properly. Will get mri if needed. After that if physiotherapy is required, he will write down which exercises you need to do and physiotherapist will teach you those exercises.

Follow these instructions to get relief from cervical spondylosis. * first correct your sitting posture. Do not use laptops or mobile for more than 1-2 hours if yo have to work on computer then the screen of computer should be in the same level to your eyes. * you can use cervical collar for support during work. * do regular neck muscle strength exercises. Move your neck clockwise and anticlock wise for 2-3 minutes daily. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress with very low pillow level. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin d supplements regularly. *do not take any heavy weight or heavy work. * if you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. You can consult me to get a diet chart.

You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation.

I have lower back pain past 10 days, initially not able to walk or even bend it, Dr. prescribed medicines for 5 days moveril- a, ulcerab 20, maxgallia 75, and physio therapy (ift / ipt for 5 days) after view x-ray. Pain reduced up to 70% I feel comfortable than before, and I hope it will cure slowly, can you please suggest how to reduce the remaining pain, and how to protect this kind of aches, pain in future? And why it happens to me repeatedly yearly once? Please suggest.

Hello lybrate user I would like to suggest you that after physio treatment you must start regular smooth &light back exercises. After one week once you able to add back exercises in your routine then gradually increase exs to improve strength of muscle. Because pain and stiffness cycle reduce, your muscles which gets weak or less active due to pain now are able to do some work, utilize the energy for maintaining muscle power. Exs should be under expert's advice only.

X-ray report has diagnosed my wife's knee-pain as "Osteoarthritis. Is there any curative medication, short of surgery, in Allopathy? Already tried out some medication in Ayurveda except the massage. Could the damaged cartilages be restored to normalcy or bear with it till the end, depending on various analgesics.

Unfortunately cartilage does not repair especially in Osteoarthritis. There are plenty of supplements available but there use is questionable when cartilage is not being repaired by the body. There's often inflammation in the knee that can be controlled by medication. Injections are also available (viscosupplements) that can help in relieving pain. However, the mainstay would be to perform stretching and strengthening exercises for the knee. It is also important to remain active by continuing to walk. This will help exercise weight control and keep the joint mobile and supple. This way you can push your way through without surgery.

Today I am going to discuss the major things which nowadays every person is experiencing in their life. Because of the busy schedule, the work culture, the diet and the environment, everyone is facing issues of the spine injuries. It might be their neck pain, or it might be their back pain or anything regarding this.

But it happens mainly because of their body posture. Bad posture leads to weakness of the muscle and that lead to pain and dysfunction of the joints which will hinder their movement, give irritation, pain, inflammation or inability to move their body or to perform certain activities.

Here, we focus on maintaining and gaining the strength of the muscle so that the weakened muscle can be improved and help gain their mobility and to help do the routine work easily. For that, we have different techniques, different exercises and some kind of modality also. But e generally do it, manually. The modality does not go for long, it will help the muscle to get stronger and is better for a longer duration.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Kindly see your school bag is light as possible when ever it is possible for you stand for few minutes in between the periods concentrate on spinal mobility & spinal extension exercise do hot fomentation at night.
