My age is 21. I have many problems. I have cough from very long time. I have hip joint pain. And I have round shape gaanth with two holes and pus comes out of it. It was just on my knee. The gaanth is very small with no pain. After some 5, 7 month it will grow red and then break. After some treatment. It will looking good but after sometime. There were two small hole in which pus comes out in very small quantity. Whenever I try to squeez. I take many antibiotics. But no effect on it. Please help.

Hi check the posture when you sit check the mattress condition lie down on stomach and raise your legs and head simultaneously, do this slowly 10 time which may strengthen your back muscles try to relax your muscles if still the pain persist then get yourself treated with your constitutional homoeopathic treatment. 4 years back I took finasteride 1 mg for 27 days for hairloss n quit the drug after I experienced a lot of side effects such as loss of libido, brain fog, acute lower back pain, depression, gynecomastia, weight gain on hips n mid section, water retention, sleeplessness, erectile dysfunction etc. Though symptoms have been getting better after 4 years but some symptoms still persists. Recently I have diagnosed with hypothyroidism, kidney n gall stone as well. Please help. I don't want to take medicine for hypothyroidism as I have had side effects from it thyronorm 50 mcg. My estradiol is 45 n serum testosterone is around 350 which is low for 32 year young guy who don't even smoke n drink.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

What i can see is you are overweight,but how much exactly i can tell you if you let me know your height.You definitely need to loose weight to avoid stress on your knee joint.Also what other symptoms do u have and since when you are having this pain? you should not go for brisk walking,instead do some exercises for quadriceps strengthening.

Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Every morning I wake up with back pain. Different place every time. It subsides after some time only appears when sleep in night. It had made my countless nights not sleep worthy. What should I do?

The pain that you're feeling every morning may be attributed to the lifestyle or the type of work that you do. However try taking the stretches of back muscles before going to bed and repeat the same before getting off from bed. You'll be much more relaxed. You can also go for hot fomentation with hot water bottle. Though you've given very little information about your pain and you haven't written anything about the work that you do. But this will definitely help.

I'm a 26 year female. I have been experiencing back pain for few months. Before it used to be a throbbing pain from top of left buttock till bottom of left buttock. But few months ago I noticed more pain in lower back. Few weeks ago, pain in thoracic region of back started which over took lower back pain. I took MRI scan but only radiologist said there's no issue. Yet to show doctor.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Diabetes must be controlled beyond any shadow of doubt. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. if u had done X-Ray MRI and there is no problem then its muscular strain so tk rest and for severe pain do physiotherapy treatment after relief do stretching exercise. posture correction must. avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight
