Silver amalgam fillings are no more recommended in the present scenarios. The best way to get the cavity filled is by composite resins which are more conservative to fill and are tooth coloured. The cost of treatment is variable from dentist to dentist. On an average a qualified and experienced dentist will charge round about 1000 to 1800 rupees for tooth.

Basically its due to indigestion. Take a tablet of albendazole stat today night time. Take meals at proper time. In case of constipation take isabgol husk 2 tsp twice daily with luke warm water.

Hye. It's possible you are eating and early dinner or very poor intake during dinner leading to hypoglycaemia by morning. Also fasting for more than an hour after waking up can cause low energy levels. Dehydration could be a cause, also low blood pressure. Excessive stress or work overload coupled with poor eating habits can cause reduced energy levels as well.

Hello,lybrate user, As suggested by your gynae. U can go for sexual coition after two months of miscarriage, hence if its third month you can proceed, provided every thing otherwise ,is normal ,I.e. There should b no profuse bleeding,pain,etc. * You, should always be in touch with your gynae. before reaching third months of gestation period,begining with fertilisation . * Maintain your energy & haemoglobin level,avoiding stress of previous, mishap. * Tk, apples, carrots, cheese, banana,ripened mangoes,milk,spinach,almonds, walnuts to maintains,neutrients,haemoglobin,folic acid, omega3. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

COPD Exacerbations - 5 Ways To Prevent It!

COPD stands for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and is generally used to describe a broad category of diseases. These include chronic bronchitis as well as emphysema. All of these diseases, however, can be prevented from getting worse by taking similar measures as the causes of these diseases are very similar.

Here are the ways to prevent COPD exacerbations:

  1. Cleanliness: It is crucial that you do not allow infections to set in. Infections are probably the worst type of exacerbation possible in COPD. All you need to do to prevent infection is to take a little care to ensure good hygiene. Wash your hands often and do not allow people with colds or flu to come close to you.
  2. Take vaccines: Make sure your flu and pneumonia shots have not been missed.
  3. Take medicines: It is crucial that medicines for your lungs are taken on schedule, if you have COPD. The possible medicines which you could take if your doctor prescribes it includes inhaled beta-agonists, steroids and anticholinergics.
  4. Spirometry: Doctors often recommend the use of the portable Spirometry device, Spirometer, in case of COPD. Spirometers check the condition of the lungs by measuring various parameters to see how well the lungs are working. Spirometers can easily measure FEV1, a parameter which measures how much air can you blow out in one second. This is especially great if you do not know whether your condition has exacerbated or not.
  5. Corticosteroid: It is another type of medicine used, which can prevent COPD exacerbations. In its place, even inhaled beta-agonists or anticholinergics can also be used.
  6. Stop smoking: Exposure to smoke us an important cause for COPD dosease. It also causes worsening of disease with exacerbation. Smoking cessation can be achieved by self determination, nicotine replacement therapy and certain medications.

Hi there ~ the key to fighting depression is to start with a few small goals and slowly build from there. Draw upon whatever resources you have. You may not have much energy, but you probably have enough to take a short walk around the block or pick up the phone to call a loved one. Spend some time in nature list what you like about yourself read a good book watch a funny movie or tv show take a long, hot bath take care of a few small tasks play with a pet talk to friends or family face-to-face listen to music do something spontaneous
