Please sleep early and wake up early 6 hrs sleep is sufficient go for morning walk in greenery daily do yogasanas and pranayam daily take salads and fruits more take home made fresh food containing less spices and oil take sprouted cereal more take dates, jaggery, beet, and green leafy vegetables daily avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food avoid non veg food.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Dear Lybrateuser, - At your age your problem could be due to anxiety - do regular aerobic exercises like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling for 20-30 min, also regularly do yoga & deep breathing to relax your mind & body - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, proteins, milk & milk products, lean meats as all are essential to keep the body fit.

Hi eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hello, loo is strong, hot & dry wind which blows from west in summer- afternoon, its strong in the month of may & jun being dangerous for human being. It dehydrates the body and can stroke the nervous system, man can die, even, struck by loo. Symptoms of loo: * high fever * restlessness. * vomiting with headache * burning, red eyes, * dryness of mouth and skin of the whole body. Precaution** * go out with fully covered your head, ears and nose with some clean scarf. * take plenty of water before going out. * avoid, junk food and replace it with easily digestible diet. Homoeo-care** @ glonine 30-4 drops, twice a day. All d best.

Treatment of irregular periods depends on the cause and your desire to have children in the future. Irregular periods can be caused by many different things. Changes in your body's level of the hormones estrogen and progesterone can disrupt the normal pattern of your period. That's why young girls going through puberty and women approaching menopause commonly have irregular periods. Other common causes of irregular periods include: •Having an intrauterine device (IUD) •Changing birth control pills or using certain medications •Excessive exercise •Polycystic ovary disease (PCOS) •Pregnancy or breastfeeding •Severe scarring (adhesions) of the lining of the uterus, a condition known as Asherman syndrome •Stress •Overactive thyroid or hyperthyroidism •Thickening of or polyps on the uterine lining •Uterine fibroids Turmeric Being a warming herb, turmeric is also considered helpful in regulating menstruation and balancing hormones. Its emmenagogue properties help stimulate menstrual flow. Moreover, its antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties relieve menstrual pain. •Consume one-quarter teaspoon of turmeric with milk, honey or jaggery. Take it daily for several weeks or until you see improvement. •You can also take turmeric in supplement form; check with your doctor for proper dosage.

Hello lybrate-user, pain in legs and sleepy feeling can be due to vitamin and calcium deficiency. You can take tablet bi to zed forte one tablet in afternoon for a month and see the difference. For burning sensation, you can take syp gelusil one tsp post lunch and post dinner.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
