Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. Hi, eat healthy diet which is rich in fibre. You can take lemon and honey in warm water at morning time. If you can not do hard exercise then try to do light exercise at home. You can do jumping. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet .drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at the night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. Take small and frequent meals. For smooth & glowing skin • Apply or rub one teaspoon of honey on your face and leave it for 30 minutes, and then wash off it. Honey is best moisturiser. • You can use two teaspoons of milk with two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of sugar mix it and apply it for 10 minutes on your face and then wash off it. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • You can apply aloevera gel on your face. It will smooth your skin. • Use moisturizer contain Vitamin E Or take two capsules of vitamin E (cap Evion, open it and squeeze out their liquid on your palm or directly mix it with cream or moisturizer you have and apply daily on it on your face at night daily.

Hye, thanks for the query. Medication alone will not help gain weight. You need to first understand why you are losing weight. Work overload, stress and poor appetite and intake of food is the commonest reason for weight loss. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hello lybrate user use sunscreen of atleast spf 30 while going out. Take vit c 500 mg tablet daily once in a day. Apply paste of 2tsf turmeric powder, 2 tsf besan& 1 tsf of curd on face daily one time let it dry and wash with water.

Lifestyle Recommendations Along with improvements in your diet, some changes to your lifestyle will also have an effect on reducing the symptoms of PCOS. Manage stress and anxiety. Reducing stress can help balance your hormones. Do things that you enjoy and follow your passion, whatever that may be. Stay well hydrated by drinking 1.5 – 2 litres of filtered water daily. This will detox your system and can reduce fluid retention problems. Get Moving. Perform light to moderate exercise 3-5 times a week. Regular exercise leads to weight loss a major problem in PCOS. Hello lybrate-user. It is generally very difficult to increase the height in age of 21-22. Moreover your height should be according to your body weight. You can try simple exercises and yogasanas to make increase your height. Tadasana hastpadasana chakasana vrikshasana and most of all surya namaskar you can try khechri mudra also but it is very difficult to achieve.

Please get your thyroid hormone checked and a pelvic usg. In case of extreme weight loss periods stop, but Inspite of poor diet your weight seems not very bad. So it probably will be a hormonal problem

Earliest thing is you should reduce the weight and start exercising, this will give you good results otherwise you need to go for sleep study on urgent basis, as per your symptoms you are suffering from sleep apnoea and this needs to be addressed as early as possible, its not curable by homeopathy et al.

Hello. Hyperpigmentation could be because of many reasons. So, get thorough body check up done and share the reports with me. Meantime, you can start using Bioforce's Blooume - 55 ointment (for clear skin) twice daily and also use Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen, 20-30 minutes before stepping out under the sun along with oral medication – Sepia 200/ once daily for 20 days. Recommending you for your oily skin: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Revert me later.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ STORE WATER IN PLASTIC bottles. For medicine contact on private consultation good luck.
