How to increase height 1. Take Ashwagandha According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Take Ashwagandha to Help Increase Your Height Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. Drink it every night before going to bed, at least for 45 days to increase your height. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height. 3. Indulge in Yoga You can also do some yoga to increase your height naturally. Certain yoga exercises facilitate the release of growth-inducing hormones in the body. Yoga also helps release stress that causes tension in the back muscles, which in turn paves the way for maximum growth. The best yoga pose to increase height is the ‘Surya Namaskar’, in which there are 12 different postures performed in a particular chronological order. 4. Stretch Your Body Stretching is another effective way to enhance height at any age. Try to stretch your body by standing on your toes for a few minutes daily, several times a day. Other stretching exercises that you can try at home include car stretch, super stretch, cobra stretch, bow down, twists and basic leg stretches. With regular stretching, you can add one or two inches to your height. Plus, it will help improve your posture. 5. Engage in Exercise and Sports Exercise and sports stimulate the release of growth hormone that contributes to your height. To enjoy good height, you mustexercise regularly and take part in sports activities. One good exercise to increase height is skipping where you need to jump a lot. Do skipping for at least 30 minutes each day in an open area. Holding on to a horizontal bar and hanging with your spine stretched out is another effective exercise to facilitate height gain. Stay in the position for 10 seconds and repeat at least six times daily. Plus, play games like tennis and basketball that require you to jump a lot. This will help increase your height and also help in maintaining ideal body weight. Also indulge in outdoor activities, like cycling and swimming, on a regular basis to enjoy good height and a toned body. 6. Get Proper Sleep When you rest, the body grows and regenerates tissues. In fact, the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) responsible for increasing height is produced naturally in the body when you have a sound and deep sleep. During sound sleep, the brain is relaxed and releases more growth hormones. On the other hand, a tired brain shows low release of growth hormones. As a rule, during the growing stage, a person must have at least eight to 11 hours of proper sleep every night to enjoy maximum height. For more Information and cures you can contact me any time. You can wait for another couple of days and still periods do not come then repeat the pregnancy test.

Clearly you avoid or cut down oily food as it is not generally healthy . Digestive enzyme Aristozyme is good tonic for stomach

I'm a 19 year old girl and my vagina is itching since a few days no other sign but only itching no burning or anything wonder just itching I really need help why could this be once I shaved since when it started but now my hair gave grown again then why could it happen? I'm very tensed.

Hello There may b itching after u shaved for sum days. Use gud quality disposable shaving kit. In medicines u can start wid 1. apply coconut oil mixed wid small quantity of camphor to d skin around vagina (don't directly apply to soft genitalia) secondly u also can apply aloe vera gel. 2. internally chandraprabha vati 2 tablets twice daily 3. chandnadav 2 tsp twice daily wid warm water avoid sour food items.

Eat healthy food. Go for walk everyday. Start some light exercise and then add some more exercise to give strength to your whole body. If you feel healthy by mind and soul you feel healthy by mind. Be possitive always.

Dear lybrate-user, you are worried for secondary amenorrhoea. So. So many factors are there for this type of syndrome. Though you are sure about the no conception or any early pregnancy signs and symptoms, so you wait some days to occur your cycle in normal way. If you are anaemic then take some hematonic/iron contents toget result. Ok.

I have pain on the back side of neck and situated right side just below my head what shall I do ?

Weight gain is very slow process as with going to gym you have to eat healthy and frequent meals. You can take 2tsp aleovera + 2 tsp amla Juice+ 2tsp wheat grass juice in equal amount of water empty stomach as these juices help in liver detoxification. In breakfast include options like paneer stuffed besan cheela /1-2 potato stuffed roti+ 1bowl curd/1-2 bowl suji upma+ green chutney + 1cup milk/coffee .Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Try to include more frequent meals. Team Nutrihealth.

Hi, take tab. Migrakot 1-1-1 with ginger juice. Apply ginger paste on the forehead. Instill cephagraine nasal drops 2 drops to each nostril 3 time a day. You can undergo panchakarma treatment like nasya or shirodhara after checking with an ayurvedic doctor.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi. I just started taking pexep cr yesterday. And have read real bad things about getting off these pills. I have just started having anxiety but not that bad. I have it only at nights and difficulty sleeping. But daytime I am perfectly okay. Can I stop taking it and try natural method for anxiety control. My doctor will not reply. Please help.

If you consult psychiatrists, they will prescribe according to their expertise based on evidences of many research work. You can take decision to go to psychiatrist or not. You can even take a decision whether to take her/his treatment or not. You can even take a decision of stopping treatment also. You are old enough and have the sanity to use your discretion. You can stop Pexep and try natural methods. If it does not work, please remember that psychiatrists and their treatment will always come for your help. The same doctor also will accept you, since most doctors know that some persons don't comply with treatment.

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter.

1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugars monthly and hba1c six monthly.
