Regular and prolonged use of steroid is not indicated in COPD. Aim of pharmacotherapy to control symtoms and prevent exacerbatuons. Have adult vaccination to prevent exacerbation and join a pulmonary rehabilitation. Do as much activity as possible. Have high protien diet.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily.

You can take lyser-d for pain relief. Also you can start warm saline gargles. Also consult a dentist if the pain doesn't subside.

Hello, take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. Use this home remedy:- Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne prone skin Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. *Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin.Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes.Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturizer. Madam lybrate-user you have sever deficiency of these minrals and vitakins with L4- 5 bulge in my openion you should immediately consult local Orthopedic surgeon and got your treatment according to his advice. At this age this short of deficiency can lead to further complication.

I am 19 years old. 1 month ago started itching in left side near my uter vagina. I ddnt took any medicine nly 5 days applied pencilin ointment. I wash the place with bathing soap during bathing. 2 days ago I used hair removal cream and it turns the skin purple and very small bumps/ And ts hurting horrible. Hi You might be having some type of infection over there. First thing you shouldn't wash it with soap at all. Other than this don't use any ointment or dusting powder without getting yourself examined by gynaecologist. She can see which type of infection is that and treat accordingly.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Please apply clindamycin gel after bath, apply antifungl antibacterial stirod cream at night. Avoid totally oily foods. Take a lots of water. Regular exercise take high fibre diet. Take green vegetables citrus fruits.

Hi, I am 38 old male, pure vegetarian. I was feeling muscle pain (hands) and also I m suffering of cervical pain from the past 1 year. And doctor advised me metilda forte for 3 months. After the course I felt better for few months but from the last few months I can feel some pain in neck. Do I need to take the metilda forte again because Dr. told me that vegetarian normally has low levels of vitamin b12. Or do I need to go to path labs to get b12 levels tested.

Already you have taken the medication so reports will not be diagnostic and instead of metilda forte I will suggest you to take tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and vitamin d3 60000iu once a week for six months.

At the moment you may follow simple suggestions as below - do not stay alone just ruminating on what happened - talk with friends or people whom you trust and feel comfortable with. Discuss rationally. - do not resort to harmful activities like showing aggression on your love interest, consuming harmful substances like alcohol, smoking etc. These things would cause more harm than good in future. - spend quality time in things which help you relax like exercising, playing, spending time with family, going on vacation, pursuing a hobby etc. Feeling depressed is just a phase at present. If you continue to feel low and feel difficult to get out of it than consult a psychiatrist personally for counseling and treatment.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.----------- 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie.------------- 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).---------- 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.----------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.----------- 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.---------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.---------- 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements.------- 9. Non vegetarian foods--------- some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below:---- 1. Red meat lean ground beef, lean steaks.------ 2. Pork, ham, lamb------ 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day.------- 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey------- 6. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving.-------- 7. Whole eggs: eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins a, d and e.--------
