Please Alone Shirodhara won't work Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily to refresh your body and mind Do meditation regularly to give rest to your Take salads and fruits more Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc for few days Take Cap brahmi by Himalaya 2 2 for 3 mths Badam pak by Patanjali 1 tsf twice a day for 3 months

Hello sir/madam, I am from Bangalore. I recently entered into modelling field(FYI). I used to wear specs for more than 15 years and because of that my eyes has gone inside. It's like if I wear by specs my face looks nice and if I remove my specs my faces looks something different and that affects my modelling career I believe. Is there any solutions you can assist me with? Should I go for the lasic operation so It might be a good option for me to get the Vision and eyes back to normal? Thanks,

Lasik is best option for you to get rid of glasses. As you have used glasses for allong time, it will look little bit different to you for a while, but to those who haven't seen you before, will not feel like this. It will take time for you to adapt to the face without specs.

I have eye sight, in right eye I have sphere and cylindrical shapes and in left eye I have only sphere shape .so now I'm interested about LASIK surgery. Earlier I was consulted my eye doctor he said 100℅ clear vision to only left eye and 90℅ only to the right one . So if I'm gng to LASIK surgery is good to me or not ,if I would go LASIK am I get a clear vision of both eyes or not. please tell me.

Hello lasik is very good option to get rid of glasses doctor will perform few tests (schirmer test, pentacam and fundus examination) and if all tests are normal then you can go for lasik surgery without fear. Success rate of lasik is over 96%. Regarding clarity after lasik: kindly send me your glass power so that I may guide you better.

My wife is 63years old. She has intermittent unbearable pain from left lip to face till left eye. This is for last more than six months. Despite allopathy and homeopathy treatment it is continuing. Sometimes eating becomes very painful.

Hello this is due to dryness. 1. Blink a lot 2. Cold compresses 3. Use lubricating eyedrop like flogel thrice daily.

I have short sightedness of -3 power without my spectacles and my age is 19 I can't see properly. How can I correct this what are the precautions and what treatment to so thati can see without my spectacles ?

2 methods:- LASIK & ICL. Lasik is most frequently done procedure with least complications. Done within 15 min. Criteria for going for Lasik should be full filled (as mentioned on our website www.Ravieyefoundation.In/services/refractive-surgeries ).

Dear lybrateuser, drinking warm water in the morning is good, one or two glasses is good enough for you. It is more beneficial if you add lemon & a teaspoon of honey to it (do not add honey if you have high blood sugar).

Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. -one helpful way to do this is to imagine that you are looking at the number 12 on a clock. Then, follow the numbers around the clock with your eyes. Repeat going the other way around the clock. -massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

My 9 years old son has amblyopia (re6/36 le6/6) & having 6 hrs patch therapy with glasses (+4.25d). Do you have treatment for this?

You seem to be already doing the right thing. Visit your doctor again after about three months, (or at least in 6 months) and see how much is the improvement, any change required in glasses. Good recovery is possible even up to age 14 years.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 28 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.
