Masturbation is really tough act where the consequences of the act will be found before we realize it to stop. It will cause the body to become very weak, you will loose your concentration etc. The only way to avoid all these consequences are to stop masturbating and there are no exercises as such.

Hello its a wake up call so decide now and quit it completely you can consult your family Dr. He may prescribe you few medicines in case you face problem due to sudden quitting. Do not stress urself just take it each day as it comes drink lots of water try elaichi or clove when you get the urge to smoke avoid particular places typical food items friends do brisk walking. Share with someone close to you as n when you feel the urge to smoke. Do not use any kind of substitution. Read books listen to nice music.

Man had been a hunter-gatherer for thousands of year prior to discovering that settling down and engaging in agriculture did have its merits, especially by the way of an easier lifestyle! Many people today are going in for contemporary diets which are plant based. But what exactly does that mean? And are there benefits which make the effort worth one’s while?

A plant based diet has a pretty large variety of benefits. While it was a rather predominant belief in the years gone by that animal protein was essential for proper nutrition of a person, this is something that has long been debunked. As a matter of fact, plant based diets have been found to be worthy of providing the same level of protein to a person, but just without all the side effects that eating meat has. Who wanted those side effects, anyway? It is not like they are worth bearing with just for the taste of the meat!

The environment is saved a lot of strain as rearing meat for human consumption is very hard on it. It is quite a startling fact that meat oriented emissions are higher than what is emitted by planes, trains and trucks and the like. Taking into due account the fact that tens of thousands of people are up in the air at any given moment and millions are crisscrossing countries by road, can you imagine what sort of emissions those are, then? This thought was enough to cause the Beatle Paul McCartney to start a campaign to make Mondays in the UK meat free!

Meat is generally known to be more expensive than vegetarian or plant-based options. This is especially true when it comes to cities as the meat has to be kept refrigerated while it is transported until it is bought. So, for a person who is looking to save a reasonable amount of money, by going to a plant based diet, he or she would be doing this almost without the intention to do so!

Losing weight is not an easy task, to say the least. However, with a plant based diet, this task is made quite a bit easier! There are various types of fat and it must be said that not all of them are bad for the body. As a general rule, it is rare for meat to contain as high a level of good fats in relation to bad fats, as vegetarian food does. Fast Food, by and large, is detrimental to the health. Multiple studies have shown this in the past decade. It aggravates many diseases and is responsible for medical conditions such as obesity, respiratory problems, cardiovascular diseases and hypertension. Amidst multiple negative qualities, many fast foods are actually not that bad for the body. If taken in right proportions, some of the fast foods mentioned below can be extremely useful for the body.

  1. Popcorn: Apart from being one of the best accompaniments for movies, popcorns greatly helps in curbing hunger. Home-made popcorns have fewer calories and are a very good antioxidant. The good part about popcorn is the fact that it is not heavy as other fast foods and doesn’t make you feel lethargic. However, it should be ensured that more than one bowl of popcorn is not consumed at a time.
  2. Baked snacks: Baked snacks are a much-preferred choice in the snacks category these days. Owing to their low fat and carb content, they not only serve as tasty snacks but are good for the overall health as well. The fact that baked snacks are made up of whole wheat, makes it a more attractive offering. Baked snacks, when prepared with a dash of spice, can be a good alternative to other unhealthy snacks in the market.
  3. Processed Cheese: Processed cheese contains Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). The latter is found to have anti-carcinogenic properties. A recent study showed that the CLA found in processed cheese is much more than other dairy products. Processed cheese is also a good antioxidant. This being said, too much intake of processed cheese can be harmful to the body.
  4. Dark chocolate brownie: If dark chocolate is consumed with whole wheat brownie, it acts as a good ingredient for patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases. When consumed with a few nuts, dark chocolate brownie becomes a power house of fibre. People with a sweet tooth can find this preparation a good alternative for other fast food items such as chocolate, ice cream and pastries.
  5. Chocolate Bars: This is another treat for a person with a sweet tooth. Dark chocolate bars are rich in antioxidants. It brings down blood pressure level and is found to be effective for the heart. This should not be consumed more than 100 grams per day.
  6. Stout Beer: Dry stout beer with its rich creamy content is as good as a dose of aspirin. This form of liquor improves blood circulation level and reduces the risk of cardiac arrests. One pint of this beer every alternate day will serve the purpose of quenching your alcohol thrust while ensuring that no harm is caused to your health. Dear Lybrateuser, - For overall good health including sexual health you have to have a well balanced diet, do regular exercise, sleep well & keep your stress levels low - have more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains like whole wheat chapati/ bread, brown rice, oats, corn, low fat milk & milk products, legumes, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, seeds such as peanuts, ground nuts, sesame, chia - avoid fried, processed & junk foods, also alcohol & smoke if you do - do regular exercise including jogging, swimming, play a game, also Level exercise for strengthening of pelvic floor muscles (the muscles involved are the ones which are used if we stop urination in between, these are the pelvic floor muscles which help in controlling erection & ejaculation, do 2-3 times for 4-5 min every day, also include yoga & deep breathing in your morning schedule for 5-10 min to relax your mind & body & reduce stress - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night - try to keep a positive mental state & good relationship to have good sexual health.

in majority of cases , it is totally treatable, you need counseling , need change in life style, leave smoking, avoid alcohol, keep your bp and sugar level under control, reduce your wt, go for morning walk for 1 hr, do exercise regularly,you will be alright, it will help. Thanks

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.

Do not sleep in the afternoon. Use your bed only for sleeping and not for other activities like eating, studying or doing office work. Stick to your routine time of sleep. Do not watch television at times of sleep. Keep your mobile switched off or on silent mode during time of sleep. If you like reading books, please read books before going to bed. This will tire your eyes and they will close leading to sleep. Try to sleep early, so that you have longer hours of sleep. Do not go to sleep at night immediately after having a meal. Include sleep inducing foods like milk and milk products at meals.

I am 21 years old. I play professional cricket. I had to practice for 10-12 hours a day. Get your stomach issue sorted out, please take lot of fluids to keep yourself hydrated. Ulcers will heal once these issues are taken care of, apply some ulcer get for pain relief.
