Hello Doctor, I am Jayamurali (22). I feel more introvert during my schooling. But during my college days, I feel myself less introvert. I have finished my college a year before. But even now, I am not feeling comfortable while speaking to new ones. My thoughts become disturbed and I find it difficult to speak words clearly. On those times I happen to search the words for speaking. I fight it hard and speak. Though I am not feeling satisfied about my attitude. Is this due to any psychological imbalance or do I just need to work out on it more…? Please suggest me how to overcome this introvert behavior and become a motivated person towards others.
I am suffering by neck pain from last 7-8 days, please suggest ,feel pain when I rotate my neck right or left.
I have migraine problem from last 6 years and i'm taking Tab rizact 5 and Tab Nexdom 250 when ever I feel migraine pain.

Sir, I have suffering of jaundice from last 20 days. On 5th of this month I was diagnosed with jaundice and hepatitis A. After that I am on complete bed rest and on strict diet. My bilirubin has fallen from 10 to 2.3. But in recent test my sgpt and sgot has raised. I'm attaching files related to it. My enquiry is why even after taking proper rest and diet there is increase in my sgpt and sgot level. Note that, I had to go cllg for exams for regular 5 days, it might be Because of exertion also. Only during that time I was feeling weakness otherwise I didn't.

This is because food grown on a commercial scale is full of toxic chemicals from the pesticides, insecticides, preservatives and artificial colours added to it. The toxic chemicals have a grave impact on the immune system of the body, which can lead to severe complications in the long run.
Although, you want your immune system to be strong and effective, make sure that it is not highly overactive. A highly overactive immune system can also lead to many health complications, such as the onset of autoimmune conditions. All in all, make sure that you are leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
