You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Hello, it's called'tension headache' take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos. 6x/ once at night - take them for 4 weeks. Management: there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress. Exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (the mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc. But first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc.

Hello dear- you all have to understand this basic phenomenon that scalp is like our skin, if you won't apply oil properly your scalp will get dry and you will face hairfall with dandruff problems, it is similar to your skin as in winters where you apply moisturizing lotion to the skin to prevent scaling. Here are some ayurvedic tips for you- a) less shampoo and more oiling proportion should be followed. B) avoid fast food and fried and spicy food. C) avoid hair dyes and anti-dandruff shampoo as it weakens your hair roots and causes hair fall. D) use presoria ayurvedic hair shampoo, and dhurdhurpatradi hair oil. E) increase the use of sweets and dairy products except curd in your diet.

For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy for pimples can also help a lot. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in your skin problems reply back for private consultation.

If this is the insomnia then headache would be very likely, if you are not having sound sleep then it could be due to stress and anxiety so try to come out of this, try some hot milk prior to bed, do some exercise, relaxation therapy, and yoga.

Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get your bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis.

Viral fever takes 3-5 days. But if fever persist for long or associated with other symptoms like rashes/ nausea/vomiting/ loose motions, severe headache/ breathlessness/pain in chest or abdomen etc then please update for further guidance, as you may require physical check up & blood investigations. You can take Tab. Paracetamol 500 after meals, 3 – 4 times daily (only if you are not allergic to the drug) for symptomatic relief. Drink plenty of water, Take rest & light but nutritious diet. For Proper evaluation of fever by physical check up & blood investigations are required. Consult Physician in your area.

Dear lybrateuser, to lower your bp you have to do some lifestyle changes -have salt restricted food -avoid fried food, junk food, foods containing saturated & trans fats -take more of fibrous foods like vegetables, fruits, beans, dals oats, whole grain foods like whole wheat bread, brown rice -do moderate exercises like walking, jogging, meditation in the morning, this will help in keeping your bp under control, remove anxiety, relax your mind, you will feel better & energized throughout the day -listen to music, follow some hobby which you like -pray & get up with positive thouths every morning -meet your friends which will give you happiness -if not much improvement then consult a doctor.
