Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Baryta carb 200 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for a week. 2. Alpha alpha tonic (sbl) 1tbs twice a day for a week and update with the feedback.

Whenever I do workout in gym or at home, I feel very tired in 10-15 minutes and my heart beat goes up a lot (in summer). Does this mean I don't have enough stamina or anything else?

Hello, Any exercise you begin with will have to be started at lower pace. You are right by saying you lack in stamina and you have to develop that gradually. Do not go over bored with the speed of your workouts, that can be harmful.

hello megha,, your weight is in normal range as I saw,,, but still if u want to gain wt,, u can take plenty of water esp fill 1 lit water in copper mug and drink early morning ,, curd ,, cold milk,, bananas,, mango,, dry fruits ,, these all soothes your digestion and will help you gaining weight,, and yes a walk daily for 30 min will helpful for sure,,,

I have been gaining my weight for the past 2 months due to more in activeness. I tried many times get early in morning and do exercise but I am not able to do it. I am only waking up at 11 am. My body is feeling over tiredness.

Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh and follow up with reports and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

You should have 65 kg according to your height. Eat more food more frequently. Use bigger plate. Take lots of dense fruits, vegetables. Protein will help in this area. Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

First go for your complete blood test and in case if all parameters are normal "For gaining weight and muscle mass, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hours meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test. In diet include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Go for weight gain exercise."
