How can I grow up my body weight. I want to grow up my body weight & health fully. Because I am looking so thin.
Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk. Products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

I play football . I had suffered left foot ankle ligament injury thrice . Last time I wore a safety gear on my ankle but still I suffered from injury again . Now my ankle is swollen but I can walk. What should I do to stop these ankle injuries and make them strong . Please help .

Firstly reduce pain by laser therapy and ultrasonic therapy then do calf stretching exercise and ankle strength exercise in gently process.

Weight gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. You can follow these steps for consistent weight reduction. 1. Aim for permanent weight loss by change in food habits. 2. Carry 2-3 fruits with you. Eat them 30 mins before meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas from your diet. Take 10-15 almonds per day. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 5. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with simple dal and lots of salad in each meals.

1 egg provides about 7 g protein. It can be had in various preparation forms but deep frying should be avoided on a frequent basis due to the high amount of oil involved. Other good quality protein sources are- milk, curd, lassi, buttermilk, chenna, whey water, fish, chicken. Soyabean, nutrella, tofu, sprouts, nuts, oilseeds, cereal-pulse combinations (atta-besan chila/rice khichri/dalia moong dal khichri/pongal/ dosa) should also be included.
