So please tell me...
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. To reduce chicken pox marks follow these methods: * eat protein content food in your diet. Eat a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. * apply fresh aloe vera plant gel on your face for 2 to 3 minutes once in a week. * steam your face for 3 - 4 minutes once in a week. * do running and jogging exercise daily for 5 - 10 minutes. * do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.

Mam please tell me is it hair fall or hair brittle; does it come out from root. Just have balance diet and do not take too much of tension; its directly proportional to amount of tension you take ; just relax; get your self investigated for the cause if it does not subside.

Hello, ideally you should have had menses by 7-10 th july and if you have not got them as yet then you must get a serum beta hcgtest to rule out pregnancy as urine pregnancy test can show false negative results before 8 days post missed periods.

Take plenty of green fruits, water daily. Avoid any anxiety. Take physical exercise daily. Marke costipation, if present then laxative. Sleep early at night and wate up early in moening. It make you frsh looking. Tke proteionus diet. For pimples avoid fatty thing. Use a homoeopatic face cream--- aquiplus twice a day after washing your face.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Tretinoin belongs to a class of drugs called retinoic acid and it is a form of Vitamin A that helps skin renew itself, it is commonly used topically to treat acne vulgaris. Mometasone furoate is a glucocorticosteroid used topically to reduce inflammation of the skin. As medical history is required in order to prescribe such a kind of cream or else it may give you side effects.
