I am having back pain from last 3 days. Please suggest some solution.

Kindly show me photograph& the x rays of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Contact me again, if needed.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Lybrate-user ji looking to your history it serms you have some injury of ligaments of knee joit. First of all stop playing cricket and give rest to your knee so that further damage does not occur. Than consult an orthopaedic in your town who wil examin you and advice x ray and mri. And if there is any ligament injury you need to undergo a surgery.

. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. ..Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag. Take 2 tab yograj guggul twice daily with water 30 min after meals.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

If you feel unbearable pain then a spine x-ray mri must for future secure avoid long sitting and standing toward bending, gym and lifting heavyweight at this time tk muscle relaxant medicine and do hot fermentation twice a day and stretching exercise. Otherwise physiotherapy treatment must sit straight and maintain your posture.

Hello! i'm 46 years old diabetic male. Recently there is pain in my left hand and left leg and sometimes pain in the left side of my head.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.

What should I do?
Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot fomentation twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 after lunch and dinner. Avoid fermented food. Spicy food. Junk food. Eat green vegetables. Fuits. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Sleep for 7 hrs minimum. Do pranayama early morning. And do exercises.

Hello, backache causes due to postural defects, stress, anxiety, traumatic injury, more than 50% cases are due to depression, deformity & stiffness of spine. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, angina factors, cholecystitis & insomnia. *smoking & alcohol are directly linked with neck & back pain, it causes disc degeneration of vertebrae. *respect your pain * & go for yoga and meditation to nourish vertebrae & back muscle, to ease your back pain. *go for constant movement of back muscle, joints which makes back muscle & spine, flexible. *nowadays meditation & yoga has become the way of life not an exercise, please opt it. #tk, homoeo medicine: @ rhus tox 200-6 pills thrice a day. @ arnica mont200-6-6 pills, thrice a day. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and moisten your back muscle to improve flexibility. *ensure, sound sleep for 7 hrs at least, in d night in d right posture on a hard surface. *your diet b easily digestible on time, don' t, skip your meal. *avoid, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, junkfood, cold intake, exposure to cold, scorching sun. Do abdominal strengthening exercises regularly. Have your spine straight in all positions: on lying have a pillow under knees, on sitting completely rest your spine in chair, on standing place one leg over a raised surface.

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know in a week time how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner.
