1. Kindly check your thyroid profile 2. Drink 3 litres water daily 3. Have frequent meals at regular intervals (2-3 hrs) instead of 3-4 meals only 4. Have foods high in nutrient & calorie density but low in volume. Ex: paneer paratha, almond milkshake, mango juice, banana kheer, cheese-potato sandwich, egg curry, soyabean cutlets, thicker rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, peanut butter, sugarcane juice, dates, jackfruit, halwa/ panjiri, fish fingers, chicken roll, til chikki, peanut chikki, raisins, dried figs/plum/apricots, cow/buffalo milk, skim milk powder, thcik creamy soup. 5. Practice strength exercises to increase muscle mass & appetite 6. Avoid drinking water with or just before a meal as it curbs appetite.

I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.

Hello as I can see. Your wight in excess between 20-25 kg from your ideal weight which should be under 57-62 kg. If your doc suggested the tablets then you can take them by following the healthy diet an work out on regular basis. You can take it, but don't go for exceed 150-400 mg per day. Just take it for one month with diet chart and regular work out.

Hello Lybrate user Thanks for the question in Lybrate. According to Ayurveda hairfall is named as khalithya, caused by aggravated pitta dosha. Excess of Pitta dosha in the body is increased by hot climatic conditions, excessive intake of spicy, salty and sour food, hot and sharp food, tea, coffee, alcohol, meats and excessive smoking. Eating too much fried, oily, greasy, and acidic foods also aggravates Pitta. Pitta balancing herb (Eg: Shatavari —Asparagus) effective in treating hair fall. There are a number of other causes for hair fall like acute illness, scalp infection like dandruff, high stress, and thyroid imbalance, certain drugs, sudden weight loss and high fever. Try to rule out the cause by few investigations. Best tips to prevent hair loss Massage scalp weekly twice with Durdurpatradi taila. Do yoga and meditations as these are stress buster and mood elevator Adequate amount of water is essential for proper growth of hair One shouldn’t comb when the hair is wet Sound sleep for 7-8 hours is utmost important Avoid beverages like alcohol, coffee, excessive smoking Give more weightage to seasonal fruits and green vegetables Iron rich and adequate protein diet is good for hair loss The juice of carrot, lettuce is good for hair growth Avoid Pitta aggravating foods like spicy, fried and oily foods Applying the juice of coriander on the scalp proves very fruitful in preventing of hair loss.
