Yes this type of licking on open scratches are risk for hiv transmission. Start pep if she is not available for hiv testing.

Addiction to cigarette is due to a addictive substance called nicotine. There are 2 types of addiction
1- physiological addiction which is due to the increase of nicotinic receptors in the brain and they are responsible for craving and withdrawal.
2- psychological addiction - where people attach significance to each cigarette with the situation they use it in, for e.g if some one is having cigarette after food or tea or waiting or lonely these situations provoke strong craving even though the person had a cigarette few minutes back still they feel like smoking again.
There are medicines available to stop the physiological addiction, but to reduce the psychological addiction one needs counseling and change in lifestyle.

Please note the following for your condition: The head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs.
