Hiii lybrate-user. I think you mentioned sometimes not every time which is very good thing. Try to engage yourself in a fruitful activity which gives you pleasure. Yoga is best remedy for this, even if you feel low eat some sweets. Go for awalk everyday morning as well as evening. Try to be with people around you. I think you need someone who is only yours. Share your things with someone. If not you can maintain a daily diary also.

11 weeks scan is fine. So it's reassuring. Now regarding morning sickness- if excessive it can cause dehydration and affect growth of the baby. Avoid spicy food and plan your meals accordingly. Do not stay in empty stomach for long time. If it persists, you need to consult doctor and check blood reports.

If your haemoglobin is 7.9 it is very low .You will have to take iron injections with a gynaecs advice as well as a good diet containing iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables beetroot and dates,You will also need to take antihelminthic drugs or medicines to get rid of intestinal worms.

Dear , rape/assault/violence / witnessing any other calamity is a very stressful condition. It imprints in mind. Effects are more devastating if it happens in more mature stage. In a girl of 3 yrs of age definitely it was an unfortunate experience. The girl may have post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety/ depression or difficult relationship with others. To avoid these illnesses, the girl should be given proper care and comfort in a secured environment. One should never remind her about the incident.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

chest pain may due to 1) acidity 2) continues cough i'll reccomend you to start proper ayurvedic treatment here is some tips for her Do's 1) close windows at night to avoid pollens 2) take regular medicines 3) do exercise and pranayama daily 4) diet should be healthy 5) keep bedroom clean and dust free 6) regular checkup at clinic 7) use a light color to wall as well curtains.(especially bedroom) 8) dinner should be taken before sunset. 9) Use mask while going out or apply coconut oil to nostrils 10) carry inhaler all the time (emergency) 11) massage to the chest and back warm with oil, afterward take hot fomentation. Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. As such, your weight is fine. Do you want to reduce your tummy? Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

10 Tips to 'Beat the Heat'

1) Recognize the early warning signs of dehydration.

These can include dark yellow urine, loss of energy, dizziness, loss of coordination, cramps, headaches, or unusual fatigue. If left untreated, more extreme symptoms can occur.

2) Allow for acclimation.

Acclimation is the body's adaptation to a hot environment. Slowly increase practice intensity and duration over the first two weeks of training. Most cases of heat illness occur in the first 2 to 3 days of training.

3) Drink up.

Once acclimated, fluid intake needs to be greater because sweat losses will be higher.

4) Have fluids within arm's reach.

Fluids should be easily accessible during workouts, practices and games.

5) Don't rely on thirst.

Drink during exercise to minimize

6) Favor sports drinks over water.

Research demonstrates that the carbohydrate in sports drinks fuels muscle 2,3,4,5 and sodium encourages voluntary drinking and promotes hydration.1,6,7

7) Drink it. Don't pour it.

Pouring fluid over your head may feel great but won't help restore body fluids or lower body temperature.

8) Exercise in the morning or evening.

This is when the weather is coolest. Also, avoid the direct sun to minimize radiant heat from the sun and hot playing surfaces.

9) Dress for the weather.

Keeping cool in hot weather means wearing fewer clothes and frequently removing gear like helmets during breaks.

10) Break it up.

Increase the frequency and duration.
