I am 24 years old, my problem is that my face is load by pimple, have any medicine solution?

I am 24 years old, my problem is that my face is load by pimple, have any medicine solution?
The eruption of pimples, acne, black heads, black spots, scars, pores and oily face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face. Precautions- * Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage---causes scars, pores and black spots. * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *For your information, many skin creams (mostly fairness cream brands) are considered harmful and banned by Central Govt, Health ministry during March, 2016. The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) supported the ban. *Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Blocking pores by creams may cause more pimples. HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy. Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root cause of the problem unlike face cream which is a surface treatment. Take Antim crd 200—once daily in the morning.

Protein Supplement Guide

Protein supplement guide

Protein supplements for weight gain. As we all know the food you eat is extremely important and you should always make a conscious effort to eat healthy. But because of unbelievably hectic schedules and pressures from work and personal life, it is next to impossible to eat six perfectly balanced daily meals throughout the day. Thus a huge range of protein and other dietary supplements are available in the market. But most people don’t know the why, how much, when and which protein supplements is to be used.

What are protein supplements?

Protein supplements are powders and bars that consist mainly of protein (mostly whey). As an active person, you need a diet rich in protein to improve muscle recovery and growth, maintain muscle tissue, and strengthen your immune system. But most of the people don’t have the time to actively look after diet, so protein supplements can provide you the convenience needed.

Different types of protein supplements:

There are different types of protein supplements available in the market like:

Whey protein: Whey protein supplements are made from cow’s milk. Owing to its quick digestibility, it helps in quick recovery from exercise. Whey protein supplements preserve muscles and hence they are the best to use.

Casein protein: Pronounced kay-seen, it is the predominant protein found in milk. 80% of cow’s milk is casein and only 20% is whey. Casein molecules form a gel in the stomach, which is able to provide a sustained slow release of amino acids into the blood stream, sometimes lasting for several hours (3 to 7 hours). This makes casein an ideal choice before bedtime to support growth and recovery as you sleep.

Beef protein: As the name suggests, they are derived from beef and are released slowly in the bloodstream. They are a rich source of blood building iron and also b-vitamins. They are digested in 4 to 5 hours.

Egg white protein: Egg white protein is made from egg whites and has many of the benefits of egg whites. It is recognized by body builders and nutritionists as a highly superior source of protein.

Soy protein: The rather slower releasing proteins, soy proteins are catching on with their counterparts because soy has the ability to reduce the risk of hormone-dependent cancers. They are digested in 2 to 3 hours. Soy protein is popular among vegetarians as it is made from soy beans. American heart association considers it as a “heart-friendly” protein.
All these protein sources provide all nine essential amino acids that your body cannot make on its own, and are therefore considered “complete” proteins. They are available in fluid, powder, and solid food formulations.

How much protein do you need?

According to the american dietetic association, a healthy adult needs one gram of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. So if you weigh around 65 kg, you would need about 65 grams of protein a day.

However, if you are a sportsmen or an athletic, you would need anywhere between 1.6 to 1.8 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight. If you are consuming more than 2 grams of protein per kilo of body weight per day, it’s important that you drink plenty of water to help protect your kidneys.

Do you need protein supplements?

According to nutritionists, your entire protein requirement can be met by dietary sources alone. But if you don’t have time to go home and prepare a meal or have trouble eating anything in the morning; protein supplements are a convenient way to ensure that you meet your protein needs. Athletes and seniors may benefit from a using protein supplements, as they tend to have higher protein requirements.

Are there any side effects?

Although protein supplements are one of the most excellent forms of protein, there are a few side effects:

Whey protein concentrates can cause allergies in people who are lactose intolerant. Lactose intolerant people should choose whey protein isolate as they usually contain less than 0.1 gram of lactose per tablespoon.
Extremely high qualities of proteins can affect kidney functions negatively.
High doses of protein also exert an unbearable pressure on liver and may lead to liver damage. It can also cause an increase in urinary calcium loss, which can increase your risk of osteoporosis.

Hello- pimples are a normal skin condition that affect many people. Pimples are an inflammation of the skin in which the sebaceous glands (oil glands) become infected with bacteria, swell up, and fill with pus. Here are the top 10 ways to get rid of pimples fast. 1. Ice ice can be used to quickly reduce the redness, swelling and inflammation of pimples. It helps in improving blood circulation to the affected area, and in tightening the skin pores and removing dirt and oil accumulated on the skin. You can use ice cubes or crushed ice, whichever is convenient. 2. Lemon another quick way to get rid of pimples is the use of lemon juice, which is rich in vitamin c. Lemon juice helps pimples dry up faster. Be sure to use fresh lemon juice and not bottled juice, which has preservatives. 3. Tea tree oil tea tree oil is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. 4. Toothpaste the toothpaste that you use every morning to clean your teeth also can be used to treat pimples quickly. It is most effective when used following the ice remedy. You must use white toothpaste; avoid using gel toothpaste.

Hello I am suffering from anxiety .my symptom are ibs .dizziness nausea. Stomach upset. Gas. indigestion. Confusion. ...
Hi. The problems you have described are indicative of a certain type of anxiety disorder. Apart from medication you also need counselling and certain changes in life style. Worrying about why one particular medicine is not working and when the other would work will only increase your anxiety. So keep those thoughts aside. There are quite a number of medication. If you do not feel well with one there are alternatives. Discuss your problems as well as worries with Psychiatrist, incorporate physical activity in your routine and ensure adequate food intake and sleep.

I want to lose my body (fat) so what I do for it? What I eat for it? Or which exercise I do for it?

BHMS
Homeopath,
I want to lose my body (fat) so what I do for it? What I eat for it? Or which exercise I do for it?
Dear Lybrate User, you may have come across a number of gimmicking advertisement of medicines which claim to decrease body weight in a very short time. Do not fall prey for such advertisement because the excess weight would not be shredded until each & every underlying cause of being overweight is diagnosed & treated. The basic role behind the process of accumulation of fat in human body is played by Metabolism. Metabolism is the set of life-sustaining chemical transformations within the cells of living organisms. The three main purposes of metabolism are the conversion of food/fuel to energy to run cellular processes, the conversion of food/fuel to building blocks for proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and some carbohydrates, and the elimination of nitrogenous wastes. Accumulation of fat indicates that a considerable amount of the calories which you are taking daily is not used up by the body & is stored as fat. In order to lose the excess fat you need to increase your rate of metabolism. Once your rate of metabolism or BMR is increased your body will use up the excess calories stored as fat in your body. First of all you need to rule out the possibility of the presence of any hormonal disturbance that may be affecting your metabolism. Just conduct a total Thyroid profile test of all your blood (also Serum Testosterone level in case of males). If the reports are within normal limits then you should proceed further to increase your metabolism. If you find any abnormalities in the report you should immediately consult a doctor.

Masturbation is a natural habit in both the genders during their life time. Continuous masturbation in men will certainly leads to unwanted curvature of penis. Masturbation once a week is fine but do not make it your habbit.
