1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Don't lift heavy things. 5. Use lumber spine belt. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Apply Hot water bag on back for 15 minutes. 8. Take proper diet add fruits in your morning breakfast. 9. Don't eat junk food, fried food. 10. TAKE CALCIUM, VITAMIN D 3 AND METHYLCOBALMINE SUPPLEMENT FOR ONE MONTH.

In the year Feb 2008 I met an accident and my right hands radius bone was fractured in 2 parts. I had an operation and a rod had been inserted and it is still there till today. Now from 1 to 2 months there is pain in my wrist area but It is not continuous. Kindly guide me about what shall I do. Can I continue my exercise or not.

Hi I have delivered 4 months ago and breastfeeding .it's been 15 days I am going through a lot of body pain. This pain is accompanied by foot sprains. I have been taking Zerodol Mr. but the day I don't take it the pain starts again. (Shoulder pain, knee pain, etc) My body is become too stiff. I am a 50 year old lady. Recently I fhave started to feel tired in my legs and feet randomly, my feet ache and I feel like stretching my legs and twisting feet. Also at times I feel pain in my thiighs and also sense i cold in my feet. I feel better with some oil massage. What is the reason for such and how it can be cured. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

For your age, it would be best if you get a TMT done to rule out any cardiac risk. But do understand that a negative TMT does not give 100% gaurantee that there are no significant blockages, the only 100% surety is via an angiography.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. From your symptoms it seems like you are developing osteo arthritis (oa) of knee. Try some home remedies for your pain relief: -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport -use hot or cold packs. By increasing blood flow, hot compresses can ease pain and stiffness. Cold compresses reduce swelling. You may want to experiment with heat versus cold packs to see what works best for you. -stay active, physical activity is one of the best ways to improve your quality of life. Exercise boosts your energy. It can also strengthen your muscles and bones, and help keep your joints flexible. Try resistance training to build stronger muscles. - quads strengthening exercises are helpful oa knee. You need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out the diagnosis and for pain management. Best wishes.

Please note that there has been muscular sprain and it will stay for sometime. You need not to do weigh lifting till the time you recover. Massage with warm mustard oil. Take mag phos 6x - thrice daily.

it's one month old injury. had it been minor problem, it would have healed by now. It must be something major. Get x rays of knee in AP And Lateral view. till then apply ice. do not bear weight on that leg. take rest

1. Eat high fiber diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time for few days or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily.

Dear Sir/Mam, My mom is having a severe leg pain specially knee. Please suggest something.
Improper food habits and sedentary lifestyle can lead to impairment of digestive fire, formation of ama (toxin) and vitiation of Vata (air). When a person indulges in Vata-aggravating diet and lifestyle, then this aggravated Vata circulates ama in the channels of the body and deposits it in the joints, causing pain in knees. U can try the home remedies below ::: Follow up after 10 days.. 1.. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2.. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3.. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4.. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5.. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling. 6. Take lakshaadi guggul 2 tab twice daily with maharasnaadi qwath 1 hr after meals.
