Exercise - Make it a habit to exercise or run for 45 minutes daily. This will improve your immunity. 5. Dear user, take swd and inferential therapy to reduce your shoulder pain. Sometimes medicines alone will not help. Apply heat fermentation with any pain relief ointment at home once a day.

you normally wont need a brace after ACL reconstruction . Some surgeons would prefer to use it though. But 5 months down the line - brace is not indicated. If you have completed your physio exercises (closed chain exercises) then jogging wouldnt be a problem. however you have to avoid contact sports for atleast 9 months

Dear plz elaborate ur ques with more symptoms ...i think u have misprinted some thing 1.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 2.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 3.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..

1. Avoid weight bearing on fracture limb. 2. Take over the counter available anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for decreasing pain and swelling. 3. Keep limb elevated while sleeping, by keeping it on a pillow. 4. Consult your local orthopaedician for detailed evaluation and management.

Hi. Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? the pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Back pain is common among farmers because of the physical nature of the occupation. Several measures can be taken to reduce the risk of a back injury. Many tasks can be modified to relieve stress placed on the back. These may include: Avoid working in awkward positions or standing for long periods of time. When changing directions turn with the feet, not at the waist, to avoid a twisting motion. Wear boots with high-quality insoles to support the ankles and reduce back pain. Use correct lifting posture every time. Use your legs to lift, instead of your back. When carrying items keep them close to your body and make more trips carrying smaller loads. Limit repetitive tasks and chores involving poor posture. Alternating this type of task with less strenuous tasks can be effective at preventing back injuries. Use long-handled tools to increase leverage and reduce the need to bend or reach" Push" rather than" pull" objects. Carts and wheelbarrows are efficient when feeding animals or hauling heavy tools. When in the tractor seat, adjust the seat to position your thighs parallel to the floor. Consider installing mirrors or cameras in equipment to reduce the need to turn. Replace older equipment seat cushions with new ones that have adjustable lumbar support, arm rests and adjustable thigh support. Modify tasks or work methods to reduce the number of times needed to get on and off equipment. Minimize stumbling or fall hazards by practicing good housekeeping methods in all areas of the farm. This includes keeping tractor platforms clear of tools and clutter. Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. -Try to do back strengthening and core stability exercises.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Goodevening your acl tear injury should not be ignored. Make sure you spend about half hour on the exrercises for the knee. You could start with knee bending exercises and then progress to straight leg raising exercises. All this will help you to improve your strength on the knee. Then you could also do with a improving on your quadriceps and hamstring muscles. Make sure you wear a knee cap while you are playing any sport. This will support your knee very well.

Sir/madam, my father met with an accident in 2006 and his right knee ligament was cut in that incident.(he used medicine to relief pain at that time) but now due to pain again in right knee he consulted doctor and took MRI. It shows: 1. ACL tear 2. Complex tear of posterior horn of lateral meniscus 3. Effusion in knee joint 4. Minimal fluid collection deep to medial head of gastrocnemius origin. Doctors told to go for surgery, but my father already faced surgery for hernia. And denies for another. It is upto you whether you go for surgery or not. Doctor has suggested you best option. Pain is because of instability due to ligament tear and Meniscus tear. These things do not Heal on their own. Had it been just ligament tear, you could have got relief with physiotherapy. Torn meniscus keeps rubbing on joint surfaces and pain would go on increasing. It also causes damage to cartilage. All modalities directed to reduce pain somehow temporarily will not change meniscus and ligament injury. If you have smell in room because of cat has died behind cupboard, then spraying room freshener will be useful only for some time and again you will get smell. Similar is thing with this injury. Unless you remove cat, smell won't go. Same way unless you operate knee, pain won't go. Choice is yours.

Hello hip, knee, ankle jts are weight bearing joints of body. Less physical activity or sedentary lifestyle, obesity, age related factors. Overweight causes weight bearing joints prone to overstressed and limited or restricted movements. You must start knee joint exercises first follow by few mins walk on smooth surface. Upper body exercises in sitting or lying.
