Dear lybrate-user if you are overweight you should avoid jogging as you body weight impact the ground and you can get serious injuries in your knees and legs so stop jogging instead of that do cycling or swimming which is non impactive and also you can do brisk walking but avoid jogging.

I am suffering from pain in left leg. I am 24 years old boy. MRI show in the report-" Para central extrusion L5-S1 disc is seen causing ventral thecal sac compression in left half likely exiting nerve root compression on same side. Hi you are having a disc bulge which is compressing you nerve root. This might have happen due to some exertion or repitative stress on your lower back region which also have caused muscle spasm. Hence for now just take some hot packs twice daily

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

I have lower back pain since 50 days. As per X-ray it showed loss of lordosis. And I have also severe pain at tailbone. I consult Physio and ortho. They say it may be coccygodynia and. My CRP test are positive. Now ortho give me some medical. As I have mention in my report. What should I do. If should consult Physio or ortho.

Hi youvshould consult a physio and get some posture correction exercises and ultrasound on your painful area you can apply ice on your painful area which will give you some relieve.

Hi ankylosis spondylitis have good results with hydrotherapy i. E. Exercises done in a swimming pool. So you can start swimming and do a lot of stretching exercises holding each for 20 seconds.

Shoulder Injuries
Shoulder usually start paining due to stiff and weak muscle mainly the rotator cuff. The rotator cuff muscle is important for the stability and integrity of your shoulder girdle. Hence the rotational movement of your shoulder joint should be strong and the muscle responsible should have a better flexibility. The rotation of your shoulder is used the most in your daily activity like brushing your teeth in vertical direction, combing you hair, taking you hand behind your back for rubbing the soap on the back, etc. So shoulder injuries are very common if you don't take care of these muscles.

Hi heal pain usually happen due to weak muscle in you lower leg and in adds on if you are heavy in weight o start strengthening he leg muscle and for pain please apply ice for 10 minutes three times a day in night local applicatiion of some pain relieving balm or gel will also give you some relieve.

Hi if your ligament is torn then you will need to get it repaired if it is very severe otherwise strengthening your knee muscle will help and application of ice three times a day will increase the healing of your knee ligaments.
