Green tea is the healthiest beverage on the planet. It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. This includes improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other incredible benefits. It is loaded with polyphenols like flavonoids and catechins, which function as powerful antioxidants These substances can reduce the formation of free radicals in the body, protecting cells and molecules from damage. Our Kidneys work 24×7 and They ensure harmony in the whole body by regulating lot of vital metabolic, Excretory, and harmonal functions. So It's essential to undergo dialysis to substitute for the lost kidney function. The only way to forgo dialysis is to go for a renal transplantation. But we need to assess whether you are fit for renal transplantation and whether there are willing donors in your family.
