avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Indigestion:

• Indigestion refers to an upset stomach
• It is also referred to as dyspepsia

Symptoms to look for:

• Belching
• Nausea
• Bloated stomach

• Gastritis or GERD

Natural home remedy using cumin seeds:

1. Take 2 tbsp cumin seeds

Natural home remedy using lemon juice and honey:

1. Take 1 glass warm water
2. Add 1 tsp lemon juice
3. Add 1 tsp honey
4. Mix well
5. Drink after each meal

Natural home remedy using coriander leaves, buttermilk and cardamom powder:

1. Crush a few coriander leaves
2. Press them in a sieve
3. Extract juice
4. Mix 1 tbsp yogurt in 1 cup water
5. Add 1 tsp salt and make buttermilk
6. Add 3 tsp of coriander juice to it
7. Add ½ tsp of cardamom powder to it
8. Drink 1 hr after every meal

• Eat jaggery after every meal

It is completely understandable why you enjoy masturbation more than actual sex. To correct problems of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, start tab. Tadaza (10+30) almost 1-2 hours before starting sex. Some and arleast 25-30 minutes in fore play before beginning intercourse. For a complete cure of erection problem and premature ejaculation you also need to get treated for associated stress, anxiety and loss of self confidence since that plays a major role in maintaining the positive effects of treatment.

Do not worry further I am giving some tips adopt them in life do consistently will see the changes soon as you want them. Do not let constipation and gas ,acidity type of problem. Fish bone stuck in throat is an emergency. It should be removed by ent surgeon immediately. Do not try home remedies as infection will occur then surgery will have to be done.

200 is not very bad. You hv not mentioned any meds. 1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugars monthly and hba1c six monthly.

For general health, the following tips help one to maintain food and sleep time and overall health holistically: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. And take milk in night before sleeping. Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion. Such foods cause distress, misery and disease. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories. K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process.
