Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Hi lybrate-user, There are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. Thought right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well-balanced diet (depending on your heath condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss. You have irregular periods. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal.

My skin colour is getting increasingly dark, it started around puberty. While I was fair in childhood around 14, now exposed parts of my body like face and arms are more brown black while covered areas are still largely fair. It may be tan or hormones. Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hello, its not possible to increase your height at this age. All the joints (responsible for height gain) of the body are fused now and nothing can be done. >don't waste your money and time in buying products and medicines for height gain.

I am 25yrs old guy and my weight is 105kg. My height is 179 cms. I have done gym, dieting but my problem is I think too much abt others.While doing gym I get nervous on what others think and it happens to me all the time.My self-confidence is gone beyond 0% anyway to gain my confidence and lose weight both together.

Your BMI is 32.8. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. There's no magic bullet to losing weight. It requires hard work and effort. People often overeat and assume that they can burn off the excess calories at gym. But it is easier to take out the calories than to try and burn them off. To drop a kg of body fat you need to burn or reduce 7500 calories. Through exercise. Burning 200 calories per day than through cutting 500 calories a day from their diet" that's either 1 hr or 1 1/2 hrs at the gym on the treadmill, on the rowing machine; or just cut off a couple of sodas, or burger and pizza with cream cheese. 70% contribution comes from diet and just 30 % from exercise. So choose your foods wisely. Tips to stay healthy. 1) eat more of foods that are rich in fibre. 2) avoid oily, fried and spicy food. 3) make sure to have sufficient amount of water throughout the day. Ideally 8-10 glasses. 4) aim to achieve and then maintain your ideal body weight. 5) ensure to follow a regular exercise routine 6) dinner should be had atleast two hours before bed time for effective digestion. 7) avoid overcooking, reheating, or deep freezing food. 8) avoid the use of soda bicarbonate, preservatives, and colors while cooking vegetables and pulses. 9) prefer the consumption of whole fruits over juices. 10) use wheat flour without sieving. 11) never skip a meal, instead have smaller and frequent meals. 12) always start your day with breakfast. This will keep you energized throughout the day. 13) avoid refined products and processed foods. Remember you eat to live and so do not. Live to eat. Stay healthy. Stay happy.

Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Hello- >Frequent UTI in males occurs due to following factors- Avoiding urine/Stool pressure, eating too much spicy diet/non-veg diet,excess tea/coffee, alcohol intake, unprotected sex, urinary stone recurrence, benign prostatic hypertrophy etc. So first avoid above factors. >Try these ayurvedic tips & treatment- 1.Drink plenty of boiled water. 2.Avoid sun exposure. 3.Avoid late nigh workouts. 4.Drink coriander powder decoction thrice a day. 5.Increase the amount of sweets and dairy products (except curd). 6.You can use these ayurvedi medicines for quick results too- Chandra prabha vati, shatvaryadi ghrita, Usheerasava, Audumbar awaleha etc. Note-Recurrent UTI suggests improper digestion,so don't go for antibiotics as it will worsen your condition. Hello. Hair fall is due to change of weather and unhealthy dietary habits. Follow these steps to reduce hair fall:- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. 2. Drink plenty of water (10-12 glass daily). 3. Protein is good foor healthy hair. Its high in soya food and non veg. 4. Nuts are also good for healthy body. Hi it called as sty is an infection of the sebaceous glands of zeis at the base of the eyelashes, or an infection of the apocrine sweat glands of moll. According to ayurveda it occure due to increase heat in blood so if we want to stop it you should consulta yurvedic doctor. I suggest you some remedies for this sty take following remedies 1. Chandrakala ras vati 2 tab 3 time a day 2. Triphala kadha 4tsp after lunch nad dinner 3. Bhunimbadi kadha 2tsp at 10.00am and 2.00 pm this above medication you will get at any ayurvedic medical.
