I got so many pimples on face and back and I do masturbation every day is that the reason I got pimples?
Hi, No, Mastrubation is not the reason for acne. It's a skin disease. Pimples comes because of hormones fluctuations & because of age not because of Mastrubation. Mastrubation is a natural process to satisfy your sexual Feelings. So it doesn't effect your health & it doesn't have any side effects. After marriage everyone do sex daily so it is a unnatural thing or natural thing? It's normal .like that mastrubation is also very common. If you daily mastrubate also nothing will happen. Once think daily we will go for urine & motion like that semen also comes out when you're mastrubate orelse comes out in sleep when you have dreams about sex. So semen also one of the body fluids generated daily by our body. So Don't worry. So once consult a nearby dermatologist orelse Homeopathy doctor for permanent results.

Facelift Surgery - Here Are Some Common Complication!

Facelift Surgery - Here Are Some Common Complication!

The skin has underlying protein layers, mainly having collagen and keratin. With age, they lose elasticity and the skin begins to sag. This is where facelift gained popularity with various techniques including Botox, chemical fillers, laser beam treatment, and chemical peels. Read on to know how these minimally invasive, economic options work in literally lifting up the face:

  1. Laser treatment: A beam of laser (usually CO2 laser) is used to make small dots on the skin with normal skin left untouched in between. This causes tightening of the tissue underneath, producing a firmer appearance which can take off years from the appearance.
  2. Botox: This accidentally discovered neurotoxin is used to treat wrinkles and sagging skin. The sagging areas of the face (usually forehead and nasal folds) are injected with Botox. The wrinkles are gone and the fine lines are lost, and the result can last for up to 8 months.
  3. Fillers: Chemicals which are naturally present in the skin like hyaluronic acid and collagen extracts are injected into the skin to fill up the underlying skin and produce a fuller, younger appearance. The lower cheeks, corners of the eyes and mouth, and area under the eyes are commonly treated by this method.
  4. Chemical peeling: The top layer is often peeled off using chemicals so that fresh, younger-looking skin is generated. This also helps in reducing pigmentation, reducing forehead lines, de-tanning, and producing a glowing, radiant, younger-appearing skin. It also can be used in other skin conditions including rosacea.

While each of these is widely popular, they come with a set of potential risks and complications.

  1. Anaesthetic reaction: Most of the above procedures require local anaesthesia and there could be a reaction to this chemical.
  2. Hematoma: There could be small hematomas in the underneath layers of the skin, which will take some time but dissolve on its own
  3. Numbness/tingling: The face has a rich nerve supply, and if any of these are touched, there could be numbness or tingling or even loss of sensation in some cases. While some may improve with time, there also could be permanent damage
  4. Scarring: In chemical peels, there could be minor incisions and therefore scarring can happen.
  5. Delayed healing: Depending on the person’s immunity, healing could be delayed, and as it is the face, social and/or professional life can be affected.
  6. Infection: As with any surgery, chances of infection arise and can be managed with antibiotics.
  7. Bleeding: As most of these are non- or minimally-invasive, chances of severe bleeding are less but still persist.
  8. Bruising: The face, in the immediate postop period, can have a bruised appearance, which will improve over 4 to 5 days.

Actually from the age of 14 I got a pimples mostly on my back, head and on forehead. I consult many doctors but not a permanent solution I found. Suggest me some medications to get rid of it. And due to pimples I got some depth scars on my face. Also suggest a medication for that problem.

You are suffering from female pattern baldness (google it. Its a hereditary hair loss on females where there is initially widening of partition. We have corrected almost 500 such cases surgically by hair transplant. One should remember that medicines minoxidil 5% 1 ml twice daily, a DHT inhibitor with certain precaution and only under prescription and very high protein diet (1g/kg/bw of protein) along with strong nutritional supplement is must to get improvement. Improvement takes at least 6 month to 8 month after regular intake. Diet plays a very important role. I cannot comment any further as I have not seen you. You can go to our website www.eugenix.in and their surgical correction to see such cases of female pattern hair loss. We have done more than 100 cases in last 1 and half year with great result and few cases from kolkatta as well. Remember every female does not need transplant but may need it in higher grade baldness and its not same as male hair transplant. Consult a qualified MD or DNB or DVD dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

Dear Dermatologists, As I wear half brief/underpants for long hours, the skin in that area, especially which is held by the elastic gets rubbed and causes painful itching similar to that of bruises. In order to avoid tear off of the skin, can I apply vaseline or a lip balm to smoothen that part of the skin?

Hi I am 18 years old. I am facing a problem that my hair is becoming white what should I do?

Hi I am 18 years old. I am facing a problem that my hair is becoming white what should I do?
Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily and Acid Phos. 200/ once daily- both for 1 months. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

Sir/madam, Meri age 17 he. Mujhe 2 years se sar Pe white hair aane lage he. To ise ka solution ape mujhe batye.
Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. The hairs which have already turned white cannot be turned back to black. But you can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few tablets can also be prescribed for the same. There is also one lotion which is supposed to work. You can call me or contact me using online consult option with photos for detailed prescription.
