Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For height: There is no chances to gain height at 27yrs. Of age as height can be increased till 21yrs. Of age in females.

What is the next medical abortion process to be done if after taking misoprostol no blood comes. Please do suggest some medication I am so much worried.

Medicines work only till 8 weeks. medicines fail in cases of dose not taken properly pregnancy is too early-just up by a day or so pregnancy is beyond 8 weeks. get it confirmed by ultrasound first & then opt for procedure like MR done in OPD for cases upto 9 weeks only beyond 12 weeks till 20 weeks,it has to be carried out like artificial delivery like induced pains with help of medicines

I have stretch marks on my lower back and butts. Is there any treatment to completely remove them or might be fade them away to a great extent?

How is it used to heal stretch marks? Well, you can apply castor oil directly on the stretch marks. Massage it in a circular motion for 15 minutes. After massaging, wrap the affected area with thin and clean cotton cloth. Now, apply some heat with the help of heating pad or hot water bottle. Continue the process for 30 minutes daily for one month to get best results.

Can apple cider vinegar and flax seeds help to reduce breast size. Can you suggest me something to reduce it, actually I have tried all sorts of exercise but my weight is still the same it is not decreasing at all. Though I have consulted one of doctors but she again recommended me some exercises only, but these do not even work on my body. Please tell me some kind of medicines along with some exercises that at least show some impact on my body.

Hello, Reducing breathing size is probably possible by chest workouts. By having only flaxseeds and apple cider vinegar one might not lose weight or reduce breast sizes. They have their both different sets of benefits. A good doable balanced diet will help.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try contact lens or lasik laser. As your age is now 23years so your number will not increase whether you wear glasses or not.

You should tell that which diet you r taking at present. Also inform if you have any digestion problem. You should do exercise daily and walking 3 to 5 km daily. Drink plenty of water atleast three to four ltr. Daily. Semi solid die t fibre food fruits salad etc. You should take daily. Avoid junk and oily food.

Of course it will hard to remember many things at once. So you will need to stagger your learning to absorb what is suitable for your abilities. Break down your portions to smaller sizes and do some selective studying. Apart from that you may be under some stress, and I do not know if you are aware of it. Find out what this disturbance is all about and as you address it, memory and concentration will happily return to favor you. Do meet with a counselor, if your stress is too much. In the meantime please follow the suggested guidelines: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

I have a cough issues which is very intensive from time to time. I take alcohol. Non smoker. While coughing it causes me extensive pain in my head. Its being a year now or more. X- ray done but everything is normal. No TB detected. Please give me some advice.

How long have you been coughing, is there fever, we need to rule out any chest infection, or any chronic ailment. If it is allergic type then homeopathic treatment can be very effective. Kindly follow up with your doctor and get yourself diagnosed.
