Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness, maintaining stamina etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Mental determination and attitude is also important. In cases of weak digestion, poor appetite and poor absorption, weight is not increasing, requires dietetic changes and herbal preparations to correct appetite and digestion, the treatment may be for 3-4 months. If interested, inform.

Investigations adv: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

1. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times daily after food 2. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 3-4 times daily 3.Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily 4.Take Honitus syrup 2tsf thrice daily 4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief 5. consult me for further advice

Use positive reinforcement. Before you go to bed, tell yourself that you will sleep on your side or back throughout the night. Visualize yourself sleeping in the position that you desire and associate this position with something positive like a restful night's sleep or pleasant dreams. Hi. Lipomas are small pockets of accumulated fat under the skin. As such they are not harmful, a person with lipoma can live with them without getting them treated. For cosmetic reasons, people do go for the treatment/ removal.

Water Intake - Why It Is Important For Skin & Hair?

70% of our body is made up of water. This clear fluid is essential not only for a good digestive system, but also for clear, glowing skin. Keeping your skin hydrated by drinking enough water can help prevent a number of skin conditions ranging from acne to dry skin.

  1. Ideally, a person should drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated. Since the skin is the last organ to receive water from the digestive system, drinking less water will lead to your skin being dehydrated. These 10 glasses of water should be spaced out evenly through the day. This is because the body can absorb a limited amount of water at a time.
  2. The skin is the largest organ in the human body and is made up of cells and tissues. Like any other cell in the human body, skin cells primarily consist of water. If not hydrated enough these cells will not be able to function optimally. This makes the skin lose its elasticity and turn dry and flaky. Dry skin is more prone to fine lines, wrinkles and other such signs of ageing.
  3. Hydrated skin is firm and elastic and thus is less likely to have open pores. The lesser the number of open pores, the fewer the irritants that will enter the skin and hence the lower your chance of having pimples and blemishes.
  4. Water also balances the oil levels in the skin. Too little oil can make the skin dry while too much oil can cover the skin in a layer and lead to clogged pores. Water helps reduce the concentration of oil in the skin and hence helps prevent breakouts.
  5. The food you eat and your digestive health also plays an important role in your skin’s health. Water helps the digestive system move smoothly and flushes out toxins from the body. This keeps irritants that could cause skin ailments at bay.
  6. Water also affects the quality and lustre of your hair. Hair soaks up water and moisture from its roots. If not kept hydrated, hair becomes brittle and dry. Lack of water can also affect the rate of hair growth. Drinking enough water is also beneficial in fighting against dandruff and Dermatitis Seborrhea.

Along with keeping your skin hydrated by drinking water, it is also important to hydrate the skin externally. For this, moisturising your skin is crucial. Hello, follow the below home remedy to reduce snoring :- 1. Olive oil - Being a strong anti-inflammatory agent, olive oil eases the tissues all along the respiratory passages, reducing the swelling to provide a clear passage for air. It can also reduce soreness. Use this remedy regularly to also lessen the vibrations in the throat and stop snoring. Take two or three sips of olive oil before going to bed daily. Combine one-half teaspoon each of olive oil and honey. Consume it daily before going to bed. 2. Cardamom - Cardamom is an expectorant and decongestant, making it effective for opening up blocked nasal passages. Free air passage will result in less snoring. Add one-half teaspoon of cardamom powder to a glass of warm water. Drink it 30 minutes before going to bed. Do this daily to gradually reduce your snoring.

It is High. You have to take medicine. Consult Diabetologist with fasting and PP blood sugar report. Along with medicine, Diet control, weight reduction and regular exercise is important. She has to strictly follow Diabetic diet after consulting Dietician

Yes you will definately lose your weight by following simple tips, 1. Drink water 10 glass/per day. 2. Have brisk walk atleast1 hour. 3. Have a sleep maximum 7-8 hours. 4. Dont eat junk food.

I guess i am suffering from depression. My work is suffering as i tend to take off frm office every now n then and all i do at home is sleep. Often i cry as i feel upset without any reason. I have a good job and life just facing some troubles in love life though oj thinking i dont find them that big. I do self counselling it do works but not for long time. I try going out and being with people as much as possible to feel happy. Dont know what else to do

You seem to be stressed out about some past issues. Self counselling doesn't help much if you are not self aware. Visit a professional counsellor who will help you to gain self awareness and insights into your problems and behaviour patterns. Trouble in love life is a good enough reason to feel depressed but that doesn't mean that you can't deal with it or cope effectively.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. Eat healthy n light food .. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week.
