Greying of hair is due to genetic, environmental, nutritional and autoimmune causes. At any one time, one person can have one or more reasons affecting them. It can b treated. It vil have to b evaluated with blood level analysis.Meanwhile, milk and milk products, pulses, meat, fish need to be consumed well. Have calcium and iron supplements. You need to get evaluation for autoimmune diseases. Don't use dyes, bleaches, steam or blowdryers. Avoid spa. You can to start with use brown henna. Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements. Have spinach and jaggery, iron in it vil enhance melanin forming pathway. Stay away from hairdyes, dryers, spas, bleaches and hot irons. You can use brown natural henna to cover your greys.

I want to reduce weight. I'm 20 and over 120 kg. Buh my height is 6.2. I look a little fluffy. I hve been hitting gym periodically. The problem is my stomach region looks bulgy not the front tummy part but the side parts. I hve been practising exercise. And I'm being discriminated by my family for my gigantic figure. Is there any tablet to reduce weight. Till my 16 years I was normal weight for my height. But in a sudden 4 years I gained weight. I tired my level best to reduce it naturally. But it has gone in vain. Is there any tablets to reduce weight. And another thing I took thyroid test too. But it was normal. All was under control. please help me out here. I wanna stop being bullied by my family. Genuine request.

most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. it is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. Some diet advice for you - In veg you can eat the following - Eat whole wheat roti, oats, daliya, brown rice etc. Eat more green vegetables and bitter leafy vegetables like methi. Limit vegetables which has lot of starch like peas, corn, lima beans, and potatoes. Eat Lauki, bitter gourd, carrots, beetroot etc In Non-veg - limit non-veg to once or twice a week. You should take deep fried meat. Fish is a good option, chicken tikka etc In dry Fruits - Almond, walnuts In Pulses - Arhar, moon and chana sprouts In fruits - Apple /guava/orange In Juice - Try to replace your juices with whole fruits.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines minirales, proteins, milk end milk products, dry fruites, fruites, etc. Apply aloe vera end vit. E cream on circales for one month than report to me for further advice ask privetly. (cream mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company) Dr. Tare.

Take hot fermentation. Avoid squatting and cross leg sitting absolutely. Avoid prolong sitting and standing. Do mobilization excercises and strengthening exercises. Take rest. Walking is very important. Otherwise consult physiotherapist.

Your problem arises from improper diet and lack of exercise. Hair loss is caused by one of three reasons: genetic persuasions; after sickness or a great shock and stress, or un-nutritious diet. And of course, old age. To allay premature receding hairline or baldness your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. In short, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a'go' in life -regardless of age. Homeopathy can help to arrest receding hair.

Eat good nutritive food. Bigger portion many meals along with snacks and healthier easily digest able high calorie are to be taken you should gradually increase high energy food. Milk curd raw sugar jaggery black gram nuts and clarified butter you should take. Snacks you can take at bed time and a regular exercise you may do.

For a diabetic person, it is very important to take medication on time. You also need to have food suggested by your doctor. Regular exercise helps in maintaining healthy sugar levels. If you are going for a walk for 15 mts every day, but if you are skipping your medicines, it wil not be helpful. You need to do both - take prescribed medicines and do suggested exercise every day. You will be harming yourself by not taking the medicines. And in future, you will have to take more medicines and the increased sugar levels will harm your body. So please follow your doctor's advice. Please understand that you will be able to work only if you are fit to work. So do not skip medicines because of work pressure or stress.

Chlamydia - Reasons Why it Affects Women

Chlamydia is one of the more common STDs among both the genders. It spreads through physical intimate contact; it can develop irrespective of one’s age, however, is most commonly observed among young women. In women, the symptoms include yellow or green colored odorous vaginal discharge, painful urination and a burning sensation or itching around the vagina, lower abdominal ache, painful menstruation or bleeding during sexual intercourse. Now if the infection reaches up to the fallopian tubes, it causes a disease known as Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). In case of unprotected oral sex, the bacteria causing this disorder, ‘Chlamydia Trachomatis’ might infect the throat as well.

Reasons Behind Chlamydia in Women:

  1. Being a sexually transmitted disease, Chlamydia gets passed on from one person to another through unprotected sex or through the contact with the genitals of an infected person.

  2. In some cases, infants are likely to inherit the disease from their mothers during birth, if she is already affected with it. Hence pre-natal checkups are essential for detection.

  3. Although very rare, this infection can affect the eyes as well via oral or genital contact.

How To Treat Chlamydia?

  1. The infection can be resolved within a couple of weeks with the use of antibiotics. Once it is diagnosed, the treatment course should start immediately. The widely used antibiotics for curing chlamydia are azithromycin and doxycycline. If you are breastfeeding or pregnant or suffering from any allergy, your doctor might prescribe erythromycin or amoxicillin. For severe complications, a longer course is administered. The treatment may induce mild side-effects in the form of vaginal thrush, sickness, diarrhea and tummy pain.

  2. Try and avoid any sort of sexual activity (intercourse or other activities) till the treatment is completely done and none of you show any other sign of the infection. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Dear, improper digestion, faulty food habits causing you. Drink barley water, eat curd with hot rice, drink plain buttermilk, chew and consume little wet ginger for once/ 4hour. Avoid maida related, spicy, non veg for few days.

there are several reasons for this, few are hormonal changes, some diseases, food habits and stressful life. but the most common cause is dryness of mouth and stomach. an upset stomach, constipation or irregular bowel, acidity and dry mouth are frequently responsible for it. drink lots of water, apply dologel over ulcers. since it is a recurring problem for you, I suggest you to visit a physician soon.

Do not set a goal to loose 20 kg weight. Set goal of exercising everyday. Every single day until you hit 180 days of exercise in a row. Some day you may miss, thats ok, but try to do your exercise first thing in the morning. If you do not feel like exercising just do a 30 second jogging and call it a day for that day. But do it every single day. And try to follow this simple tips to reduce weight focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. If you exercise daily and eat healthy along with it, you can lose 2-3 kgs per month. Losing weight fast is not advisable for your health and losing weight fast also leads to putting it back faster.
