Hello, Here are some tips to help you get rid of your problem: It is good to avoid fried, sour and protein rich foods in the last week of the menstrual cycle. Eat fish as it contains omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in easing contractions during menstruation Avoid eating dairy products, meat and poultry Maintain healthy and nutritious diet and perform yoga to help you stay away from problems If you are suffering from anemia, you should take food rich in iron Avoid vegetables like potato, eggplant, yellow pumpkin and try to concentrate on consuming drumsticks, papaya, white pumpkin, snake guard, cucumber and bitter guard When you experience pain, you can help reduce the pain by giving the area hot treatment. Drinking plenty of water and herbal tea also helps reduce pain and problems faced during menstrual periods. You can also perform yoga and some cardiovascular exercises that will help you get rid of these cramps. Last but not the least; take as much rest as possible. This will help you keep your menstruation under control. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Mag. Phos. 6x/ 5 tablets to be dissolved in ½ cup of water after every 2 hrly. Till the pain lasts. Hi, your body is doing what it was made to do. Wet dreams are nothing to feel guilty about, so don't beat yourself up over something that's a perfectly normal function of your body. Home remedies for nightfall: -individuals suffering from the condition can also opt to drink a glass of fresh bottle gourd juice every day, preferably at night in order to prevent nightfall. -grind some fenugreek leaves or seeds and extract the juice. Add some water to the juice (one cup to 2 tbsp.). Add a few drops of honey for taste as well. Drink the juice before bed time every day to curb nightfall effectively. -drinking a glass of warm almond milk at night before going to bed can relax the mind and body, and literally lull you to sleep and is one of the best known home remedies for recurrent wet dreams. Management: -sleep on your back. -wear loose fitting clothes. -avoid spicy foods and stimulants (coffee and other substances that contain caffeine, especially late at night). -it'll be much easier to control your sexual urges if you avoid pornography, sexual programming on television, and other media. Fill your time with enriching, fulfilling activities and avoid dwelling on thoughts of sex. -try practicing yoga. -develop a healthy relationship with sex. If you're sexually active, communicate with your partner to maintain a healthy and open sexual relationship that keeps you both fulfilled. In some cases, big changes or stressful periods reportedly produce more wet dreams than at other more relaxed periods of leisure. Make sure you get enough sleep and exercise, and take time off from your busy schedule to relax and do things that you enjoy. Pick up new hobbies to fill your free time with fun activities and relax when you get the chance to relax. Medication: phosphoric acid 30/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

1.Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea, hot coffee, hot Soups, hot milk. 2.Avoid Fried/Oily foods like – Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips, Namkeens. 3.Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food, Hamburgers, Pizza. 4.Do not take any COLD drinks, cold water, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator. 5.Take soft foods like rice Gurrel (Khichdi), Plain daal, boiled vegetables. 6.Avoid Chillies completely. 7.Take plain warm water, Cocunut water, Enerzal in warm water. 8.Avoid Cold Milk, Meat Products, Fried rice and noodles. 9.Avoid Sour fruits like Citrus fruits, grapes. 10. I have burn in my stomach n sometime in my leg and hand too is it normal or should I meet a Doctor?

Stomach burn is due to acidity and burn on leg and hands may be due to vitamin b12 def you can take syp digene (if no drug allergy), one tsf before food twice a day for 3 days avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day avoid excessive tea, coffee do not postpo get following test done and review with reports 1. Cbc 2. S calcium 3. S. B12 4. Fasting blood sugar 5. Tsh.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. I am 21 years old boy and I have acne on my face for last five years. I went to many doctors but it prolonged and now acnes are not severe but there are more damages on my skin. I want my skin to be smooth and plan what should I do?

These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. 1. Eggs Regular protein treatment is essential to enjoy stronger and thicker hair. For a protein hair treatment, the best ingredient is eggs. Take one or two eggs, depending on the length of your hair, and beat it properly. Apply the egg on wet hair and allow it to sit for about 30 minutes. Wash your hair with lukewarm water and shampoo. You can use this protein treatment once or twice a week. Another option is to mix together one egg yolk, one tablespoon of a hair oil of your choice and two tablespoons of water. Use this mixture to massage your scalp thoroughly. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy thicker hair. 2. Olive Oil Olive oil will also add body to your hair. Plus, it will help soften and strengthen your tresses. Massage your hair and scalp with warm olive oil and leave it on for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Rinse it out thoroughly and wash your hair using a mild shampoo. You can also leave the oil on your hair overnight and then shampoo your hair the next morning. Another option is to mix olive oil with some honey and apply the mixture on your hair. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes and then wash your hair. Use either or these remedies once or twice a week.

To control & maintain BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. 1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Dear lybrate user. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric and black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of khadirarishta, at night before sleep. C) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patangali ayurveda) along with 30 ml of water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. Thanks.
