Hi, you r over weight by 12 kg, you need to reduce your wt, first. Go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore your blood circulation. Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism. Go for cycling, jogging, skipping, swimming, hanging on a bar in a park. Take, apples, carrots, cheese, soya been, almonds, walnuts, milk, spinach. Take homoeo medicine: @ baryta carb 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ cal. Phos 6x-4 tabs, thrice a day. Dear, For making regular your periods these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb .Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .Start these exercise for 3 to 4 minutes daily then increase time slowly . If you are obese loose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily.

Hello , at this stage, if you fulfill your diet with food supplements, I hope you will gain back your energy. For hemoglobin use iron folic supplements, use plant source protein to increase your energy levels. Should be 100% digestible and easy to take. Hi lybrate user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Your BMI is 23.46 which means you are in 'Normal' weight range. Below this it will be difficult to reduce weight since your body does not have too much of extra fat. However if you aim to further cut down your weight it will be possible if you can dedicate about 90 mins daily for intense Cardio exercise + monitor your calories intake with an eagle eye. 1. You can use the app - 'Myfitnesspal' to keep a daily track of calories in-out. This will give you the precise answer to your doubts. 2. Focus on doing 90 mins intense cardio exercises. 3. Take 3 fruits + 2 cucumbers daily. 4. One glass water every hour. 5. Cut down all forms of sweets. 6. Eat mindfully. # Try all these steps, it will work.

Hello, It's good to take care of yourself as we women usually ignore ourselves specially after delivery and eventually land up in over weight which keeps on adding after each passing year of our age. Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi Lybrate User firstly you have to avoid oily spicy fried salty food stuffs etc. Avoid bekari products and fermented products. Take plenty of coconut water. Take Fresh Avala juice with lukewarm water after taking breakfast. You may apply pest of powder raktachandanadi with rose water and milk before going to bed. Its always give excellent results. You can use ointment kumkumadi tailam lepam with ointment Flora fair during day time after cleaning your face with himalay neem face wash. Tc thanks Regards!

Even Old Brain Can Make New Cells

Healthy old men and women can make just as many new brain cells as young people, says a study published in the journal cell stem cell. Previous studies have said that new brains cannot produce new neurons and growth of new brain cells seize after a certain age. This is the first kind of study which counters that belief.

“We found that older people have similar ability to make thousands of hippocampal new neurons from progenitor cells as younger people do,” said lead author maura boldrini, associate professor at columbia university. “we also found equivalent volumes of the hippocampus (a brain structure used for emotion and cognition) across ages. Nevertheless, older individuals had less vascularization and maybe less ability of new neurons to make connections.”

The researchers analyzed the hippocampus from 28 previously healthy humans aged 14-79 who had died suddenly. Most of the previous studies have been performed on rodents and primates whose ability to generate new brain cells declines with age. However, this is the first time the researchers have analyzed human brain immediately after death. They looked for the newly formed neurons and the blood vessels within the entire hippocampus region.

The researchers from columbia university and new york state psychiatric institute found that older humans form fewer new blood vessels within brain structures. Older people also have limited capacity to differentiate and self-renew cells. This may be because of the reduced cognitive-emotional adaptability in old age. “it is possible that ongoing hippocampal neurogenesis sustains human-specific cognitive function throughout life and that declines may be linked to compromised cognitive-emotional resilience,” said boldrini.

This study, according to researchers, brings hope to keep the brain healthy and well-functioning even in old age. The researchers are keen to find more about the aging brain. They would continue to explore how neural cell proliferation, maturation, and survival are regulated by hormones, transcription factors, and other inter-cellular pathways.
