Digestion Problem? Know The Simple Ayurvedic Remedies to Cure It!!

One of the most common health problems people have is indigestion. As per ayurveda, the accumulation of Ama or toxins leads to an imbalance in the way the small and large intestines functions along with various other participating organs like the liver and more. And this is the rootcause for indigestion.

The digestive tract or system is one of the most important organs of the body. Ayurveda relies on the rhythms and functions of the body to find the rootcause of ailments. Indigestion usually occurs because of bad daily habits & less physical activity.

There are many ways to treat to indigestion in an ayurvedic way. Let us look at the top tips for the same:

  1. Timely intake of meals: For better digestion, one must take meals at the same time everyday. Also, do not sit down for the next meal before the previous meal has been digested properly.
  2. Sleep: Sleep is a major factor that cure stress and creates a balance of sorts in one's routine, thus aiding proper digestion.
  3. Exercise: Some form of movement and exercise is imperative to keep the digestive system in prime working condition. Walk and yoga especially are ideal to boost one's digestive health.
  4. Aloe vera: An ounce of aloe vera a day will keep indigestion away. Break off, a leaf and scoop some gel into a smoothie for smooth digestion.
  5. Turmeric: Haldi or turmeric helps in reducing bloating and is one of the most commonly used spices found in ayurveda. This spice is a staple in indian cooking as well, where pretty much all dishes are seasoned with cooked turmeric.
  6. Meditation: This is one of the best ways to give digestion a positive push with a good dose of mindfulness and awareness for better balance in the body.
  7. Avoiding unhealthy food: One must avoid unhealthy food that are excessively fried, fatty, sweet or cold so as to aid the digestive fires in doing their job effectively.
  8. Triphala: This combination of three fruits ensures that your digestive system remains in good working condition. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause.

Hye, Thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - The sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Severe hair fall problem. I do have a slight dandruff problem but the hair fall rate with its respect is huge. I tried numerous anti dandruff shampoo. Some of them are -scalpe anti dandruff -dr. Reddy's anti dandruff - K2Z anti dandruff These gave a temporary relief to dandruff problem but not to hair fall. And some lotions prescribed by doctors even increased my hair fall. My hair density has become very very less. I don't mind dandruff but I need a permanent solution to hair fall and to its growth. A dense growth.

Many factors are involved in the process of hair loss like Tension or stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors, unadequate sleep or diet etc. A careful analysis of the person is required to initiate the treatment From Home remedy part you can use following: Take 100 ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Clean oil is recommended if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines can be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. This process should be continued for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga, Pranayam and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Hi, A common cause of ankle pain is a sprain, but a lot of other causes can lead to ankle pain. Consult a orthopedician or physiotherapist to have an accurate diagnosis. Advice: *Do Hot or cold or contrast bath: alternating cold and hot water bath with a ratio of 1: 2 mins (Like 2 min hot and one min cold water). * Avoid standing for long hours and walking bare foot. * Lose weight if you are overweight. •Do stretching of the muscles that support the ankle like calf muscle stretch. *Avoid sports and activities requiring high impact ground landing or stress foot like lawn tennis or basket ball or football specially without proper conditioning. *Make sure that shoes fit you properly. *Work on strengthening, balance and do agility exercises under physiotherapist supervision. Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles.. you will have to visit a cosmetologist who will find the cause and give medicines accordingly

There is one way to make your skin colour fairer naturally. It includes flowing things: Consume plenty of fresh seasonal fruits daily for a year. Take plenty of green vegetable dishes along with lot of salad. Consume extra amount of carrots or carrot juice. Consume green tea. Do regular exercises or physical activity like morning evening walks Apply sunscreens on exposed parts or cover with clothes. Take milk at night and curd and paneer in day times with meals. This will make your colour fairer in 8-9 months. If you have sun induced darkness (tanning) on face or arms or you have developed acquired dark spots or pigmentation (it should not be by birth), you may get relief from them by Benoquin 2% cream applied twice daily on affected parts for 2-3 months. Natural colour will be restored but not fairer than that. Apply cream under medical supervision only.

Last December I fell something is blasting in my stomach and fell burning in my stomach and chest everywhere. When I go to hospital doctor says it's gas. After when I discharged from hospital I fell very uncomfortable and fear. I go to Hyderabad where my all reports are normal but till I have facing acidity bloating and sometimes burning in my stomach as well as chest what is the reason? I am very heavy smoker but I left smoking in last December is this cause due to left smoking or anything else? Please gave me any suggestions.

Please note that due to excessive smoking and now complete not taking it is causing you the symptoms and its related to mind most of the time. Better take balance diet No food from outside. Take water according to your thirst - do not drink excess water. Do morning exercises. Take a fruit daily.

The golden regimen for the t b spine is. Akt-3 for 2 months, akt-2 for another 4 months and then a combination of rifampicin andisoniazid like r-cinex for the next 1 year. That is a treatment of 18 months in all. Nowadays a resistant type of t b has become common. In that case the second line of drugs are given. Take care, sleep on a hard bed, use a back support and use a commode. Eat healthy food and seasonal fruits and vegetables and do breathing excercises (pranayaam).

Dry Cloth indirect heat will help you a lot, otherwise best thing is apply paste of roasted Jeera (Cumin seeds)+ Haldi (Turmeric Powder) along with Heeng (asoefetida) all mixed with ghee. And cover it with a cloth for 1-2 hrs.
