i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

I am a cricketer and I feel very week during the match and practice time. so suggest me a proper diet (what I have to eat and all) and energy drink which I can take during match and practice time and how can I make my body fit and active so that my body grows properly.

Hello. One can increase your stamina by including a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean meat. So,increase intake of healthy food (food having anti-oxidants like green vegetables, nuts, salads, fruits, fish, green tea; food rich in calcium like milk & milk products; flaxseeds, poppyseeds), avoid alcohol & smoking, drink lots of water (10-12 glasses per day), take sufficient sleep (6-9hrs per day), avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension, sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart so that more oxygen reaches all parts of your body, include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. and exercise daily for 30-45 minutes (brisk walk is the best exercise to increase the circulation of the whole body), later you can increase the duration as per your stamina. (Do the above slowly and gradually). Medication: Take Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos./ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks.

I always works at night and I am feeling energy less all the day and I muscles getting pain when I raise my hands up for less than a minute and I cannot hold weights for more time. Is this is due to any vitamin deficiency. If so can some one prescribe what medication do I need to take.

Hi. I started bleeding when I was 7 week pregnant. Then went to the hospital doctors told no heartbeat. The bleeding continues 2 -3 days clots went through bleeding. As natural miscarriage is there doctors given misopristol. But 4 days checkup some portion of fetus is there. So Doctors given Mifepristone tab.

Hi lybrate-user, you just overweight, loosing 20 kgs would be too much for your present weight and height. I feel loosing 8 kgs should be fine. Start exercising at least half to one hour a day. Cut down on sugars, sweet, carbohydrates like rice, potatoes, fried food, chips and wafers. And of course high calorie liquid like cold drinks and thick shakes, also alcohol. Increase the intake of vegetables and pulses and eggs. You can also have high protein low calorie protein powders as meal replacements. Oat bites and oat biscuits are good for snaking.

Feeling out of breath while climbing stairs is normal. If it is excessive means your fitness levels are down. Get your daily dose of exercise ( 45 mins) and after a few months you wont face this problem.
