Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. Use mild herbal shampoo.. Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month.

Hello. It is good for hygeine for sure. You should take precautions while you shave. -do not shave dry. -cut your hair before shaving. -use warm water to avoid bumps and ingrowth -use a fresh and clean razor. -shave patiently, do not rush. Apply coconut oil after shaving as the area is delicate. Trimming with a trimmer is a better option, as it does not cut the hair from the surface and works without affecting the skin.

Do daily massage over head with medicated oil, Take proper diet, stress free life, keep cows ghee in regular diet, take milk & milk products daily, take seasonable fruits, green vegetables, dry fruits, calcium & protein rich food, do regular exercise, yoga ,pranayam daily, take proper care of hairs during travelling, avoid excessive salt intake, dry foods,chilled water, oily,spicy ,fast,bakery foods,food/water kept in fridge avoid excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks, hot drinks, preserved food,canned food avoid excessive use of shampoo,hair conditioners, avoid tobacco,smoking,alcohol etc.if any of these addiction... Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Skin texture and elasticity can be improved by daily exercise, yoga and pranayam. Secondly, taking care of your skin is also important - Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C. At Night - Apply Yugard cream alternatively during bedtime.

For fair skin: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Hi, am 23 old Female, am doing job in bangalore, I shifted here just before 7 months only and staying in PG, my native is Davangere, karnata. Before to shift here I was working in my native only, when I was in native my hair and face was so good, but nowadays am observing that my hair become so thin and it not at all growing and so much of dandruff and same as hair fall like the surrounding area of my forehead the scalp is becoming to visible like there is so less hair, that on my face some black marks and black heads happening in the place of below my lips in chin, and am facing pimple problem on my face too as I will not have pimples when I was in my native. In my PG there is salt water to all works and for drinking water only they will purify that salt water and food is also not good. Is salt water reason for these all problems? Or else any other reason is there. pls help me and suggest me some effective solutions pls. Am worried and afraid by these kind of symptoms. Whether I need to shift back to my native or I cn be resolve here only.

Use antidandruff shampoo. Eat healthy food containing proteins vitamins and minerals. Take supplements containing amino acids vitamins and minerals. Please check your HB levels. Use oil control face wash. Salt water can make your hair rough. Use a good conditioner .blue light therapy and peels available at a dermatologist clinic will help.

*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. * * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *You can apply cucumber juice or mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.
