So many questions within one question. There are no short cuts to reduce weight. Exercise, diet are tried and tested. To control bad breath, do not eat junk foods, eat timely, evacuate timely and clean your mouth twice, use salt water gargling. You should consult a psychologist to help your husband.

Im 21 years female I joined gym a week ago . I opted for weight reduction regime it included 1 day strengthening which included planks and biceps n triceps and 1 day abs exercises. I did squats and now my legs hands r paining so much. Yesterday n today I dint go to gym. Shall I go tomorrow will pain subside? Wat to do to reduce pain ? Do not stop the weight training. It is natural to have soreness in the muscles when you start weight training and whenever you keep increasing poundages. Drink a lot of water it will reduce the soreness. Exercise should always be a combination of cardio and weight training then you will get your desired results.

The best and most effective way to get rid of the localized fat is a combination of low fat and low calorie diet with exercises. Let us talk about the diet first. Cut down on calories and add necessary fillers like insoluble fibers to add bulk to the diet, you may include whole grains, fresh whole fruits, raw salads and vegetable preparations. This helps in attaining satiety while consuming lesser calories. Restrict the intake of refined foods like those made with refined wheat flour. Avoid sugar wherever possible. Making way for the good protein sources like legumes, dals, milk and its products and soy in the diet also helps in cutting down the calorie intake. Protein rich foods delays the digestion time and one dos not feel hungry soon. Also, you must choose the fats wisely. Limit the intake of oil and avoid the fried foods and snacks. Drink plenty of water and other healthy drinks to keep up the metabolism. You may also include options like green tea and lemon tea. Buttermilk and tender coconut water are also good options. As mentioned above, in addition to the dietary modifications, exercises are equally important, especially the ones for abs. Moves like crunches, twist crunches, bicycle crunch, step hop, squats etc. Are excellent to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles. Set a time for exercise and start with simple workouts for short duration, you can slowly increase the time, frequency and intensity of the workout. This would allow the body to keep pace with the changes. Make sure that you give enough time to warm up and cooling down after each workout. Avoid lying down or sitting immediately after the meals. You may go for a light walk after lunch and dinner. Or if possible sit in Vajrasana for 15 – 20 minutes after the meals. Avoid heavy meals after sunset and reduce the total salt intake. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Diet contributes significantly in control of blood sugar. Please stop having milk/milk products/packaged or refined food of any kind/ stop sweets junk food etc. Stop rice at all. Decrease roti to 1 to 2 in whole day. Have lots and lots of fruits in breakfast and in evening 1hr before dinner. In lunch and dinner have 1 quarter plate salad (cucumber tomato carrot etc), followed by 2 cup daal, 2 cup green leafy vegetables (preferably less cooked, less spices, steamed or boiled are best, most nutritious.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Shankha vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

एलोवेरा रस के दुष्प्रभाव:
एलोवेरा जेल को इस्तेमाल करना सुरक्षित माना जाता है, लेकिन लेटेक्स से निकाले जाने वाले अप्रसारित रस का सेवन करने से कई साइड इफेक्ट्स पैदा हो सकते हैं, जैसे कि:
1. एलोवेरा रस में एन्थ्राक्विनोन नामक एक पदार्थ होता है, जो रेचक होता है और बड़ी मात्रा मंन डायरिया पैदा कर सकता है।
2. एलोवेरा में मौजूद लेटेक्स कोलाइटिस, क्रोहन रोग, एपेंडीसिटीस, डायवर्टिकुलोसिस, आंतों की बाधा, रक्त स्राव, पेट दर्द और अल्सर जैसी समस्याएं का कारण बन सकता ह ।
3. एलोवेरा का रस पीने से एलर्जी की प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती है जैसे कि त्वचा के दाने या पित्ती, खुजली या सूजी हुई त्वचा, साँस लेने में कठिनाई, सीने में दर्द और गले में जलन।
4. गर्भ और स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं को अल्युवेरा जूस लेना सक्त मना है। यह गर्भवती महिलाओं में गर्भाशय के संकुचन को प्रोत्साहित कर सकता है, जिससे गर्भपात और जन्म दोष हो सकते हैं।
5. एलोवेरा के रस से शरीर को अत्यधिक मात्रा में एड्रेनालाईन उत्पन्न हो सकता है, जो दिल की स्थिति से पीड़ित लोगों के लिए हानिकारक हो सकता है।
6. लंबे समय तक की अवधि के लिए अतिरिक्त खपत स्यूडोममेलाइसोस कोली का कारण हो सकता है। यह कोलोरेक्टल कैंसर का खतरा बढ़ा देता है।
7. एलोवेरा रस की अधिक मात्रा में लेने से श्रोणि में रक्त का निर्माण हो सकता है, जिससे आपके गुर्दे को नुकसान हो सकता है।

Hye. Thank you for your query. To maintain consistent energy levels: Eat a breakfast high in protein and fibre within an hour of waking up to jump start your metabolism. Spread out your protein intake and include healthy fats and fibre in meals. Eat a snack or small meal that includes protein, veggies or fruit, and a complex carbohydrate every three hours while awake. Avoid eating meals with high amounts of fat and/or protein especially when at work (e. G double-cheeseburger with fries or wadapav). These meals can make you feel sluggish as a result of blood rushing to your digestive organs to deal with the large amount of food and fat. Meals with high levels of fat and protein can also dramatically slow the release of carbohydrates (needed for energy) to your blood. Avoid eating within two hours of sleeping to enhance your sleep and avoid gastrointestinal problems. Be a mindful eater Mindful eating means eating with more thought and attention. With mindful eating you’ll enjoy your food more and you’ll likely feel more satisfied after you’re done eating. Mindful eating can also help calm your mind. To eat mindfully: Eat slowly Notice the flavours of the food you are eating Reflect on the fact that you are nourishing your body. Step away from your computer, turn off the TV while eating. Take a break from working or reading when eating.
