Drink ors solution and also drink minimum of three litres of water per day and start with tablet folvite once a day for a month and eat bananas at bedtime for three days to decrease the hardness of stomach.

Hello, You should go for a sugar test, first. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body, regulating your metabolism to absorb, proteins, vitamins, minerals to enshape  your  body. •Your diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. • Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. •Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. •Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics to strengthen your muscles to enshape your whole body. Go for jogging,  swimming, skipping, cycling   and hanging on a bar in a garden to stretch your bones to promote your heights. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. @ Baryta carb 30-5 drops, thrice, dly. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

Someone must have advised you to use minoxidil, yes females can use 2% solution and males 5%. One of the side effects is hair fall! it takes months for new follicles to grow. I can suggest some home remedies to strengthen the follicles- 1) apply curd on scalp, leave it for 1 hour, wash with shampoo. 2) vinegar on scalp like curd does help 3) so does lemon juice for oily hair but why should a healthy woman shed more hair at 25? get thyroid tested, wash with ketoconazole shampoo easily available over the counter, in case there is some fungal infection on scalp. Was hair daily after using on scalp- coconut oil overnight. Do not wash hair once or twice a week, we are living in a hot country and we need to take care of scalp which is also a part of entire face. Eat a high protein and calcium rich diet.

Hello, * when pancreas fails to produce insulin, glucose level in blood increases, this condition is known as diabetes. Normal value in fasting is 60-110 mg/dl 2 hrs, after food 60-140 mg/dl to check diabetes one should follow the following norms * go for a walk in ghe morning/evening for an hr. * go for meditation for 45 mnts. * avoid, stress, anxiety, worry & depression. * maintain calori- value through diet 1200-1600. * take, digestible diet in time, avoiding junk food. Sir, I am a teenager. Whenever I go for a Walk & jogging. I got tired easily. I think my stamina is very low. So would you suggest me that. What should I try to increase my stamina power.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.
