Right axis deviation is normal in youngsters (less than 21 years of age) and in athletes. It can be a chronic finding in patients with lung disease and RVH or in patients with left posterior hemiblock slight change in ST is also normal.

Following are the tips to control bp/sugar: 1-Losing Extra Weight:-helps lowering blood pressure and cholesterol too. For woman: waist of 80 cm or more & for man: waist of 90 cm or more are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :-improves metabolic activity and helps in reducing weight. 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-, improves your metabolic rate as the food u take is not concentrated at one time. 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-. Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time .Eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:- Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week is the best and easiest way of exercising. You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Avoid heavy exercise. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods and meat: Limit fats and sweets. Rather choose a variety of foods including whole grains, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, low fat dairy products. 9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats as they are easily broken down to basic sugars. Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks .Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. This will increase fibre in your diet. 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated. Drink a lot of water that will help flush the toxins off your system. 11.Fresh vegetables and fruits:- gives essential benefits as these contain a lot of vital minerals as well as nutrients .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible and a rich source of nutrients. 12- Avoid excess salt:-in form of pickles/papads etc. 1 tsp(5 gm)is sufficient for a healthy hypertensive individual.

take iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day. eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga. It can reduced over weight. you can share with me your reports.

I am sure you are on thyroxine tablets to replace the hormone. This treatment will help you to control weight. However, physical exercise is equally important, you need to walk for more than 1 h a day. Avoid high fat diet, too much of sweets. Take iodinated salt. Avoid soya products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mustard and coffee.

Hello, I want to gain weight and have a good physique. My routine is: I mostly skip my breakfast. I sleep late at nights and then wake up late to manage studies. Then I eat my lunch at around 3: 30 pm.Mostly two chapatis with any vegetable or pulses. I am vegetarian. I take my dinner at around 9: 30 and before that I eat full plate apple. I have been drinking milk twice a day since childhood. My thyroid test came normal. Before 6 months I got my Hb checked and it was 7.5. I remain stressed most of the times. I sometimes skip meals during my college time i.e. 8: 00-5: 30 pm. I feel quite a weakness. I do exercises occasionally at weekends. Due to lack of time I am not able to manage my health. My face has become slim and I got dark circles too. Theres always delay in my periods. I got hair fall. My immune is not so good. Family Doctor advised me proteins but I do not know how to take it & in what amount. I look forward to know proper diet and any proteins to gain weight and improve health.

If you want to gain weight, then it is very important that you do it right. 1.Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns 2. Eat Lots of Protein Muscle is made of protein, and without it most of those extra calories may end up as body fat. 3.If youâre trying to gain weight, aim for 0.7-1 grams of protein per pound of body weight (1.5 â 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram). You can even go above that if your calorie intake is very high. protein foods meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts 4. Eat Lots of Carbs and Fat, and Eat at Least 3 Times Per Day . Make sure to eat at least 3 meals per day, and try to add in energy-dense snacks whenever possible. 5.Donât drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 6.Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. 7. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. 8.Get quality sleep. consult me for better result .

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hymenoplasty - Knowing The Procedure & Benefits Of It!

These days everything is available, including a new body. You can get a new nose, jaw, perky breasts and yes, a brand new hymen as well, all through plastic surgery. The procedure of hymen restoration or reconstruction is called hymenoplasty, hymenorrhaphy, virginity surgery or just hymen reconstruction surgery. The hymen, as you know is a ring-like membrane in a woman’s vagina. It usually ruptures due to vigorous exercise or sexual penetration. This is also usually the reason many women, egged on by families, decide to go for the reconstruction of their hymen because certain cultures value female virginity and losing one’s virginity before marriage is a taboo.

Benefits: The benefits of hymenoplasty , if any, are that it allows women to take control of their futures in conservative societies. If she has been sexually active pre-marriage, she can still decide to go for a traditional marriage without the fearof ostracization. Hymenoplasty surgery restores the ability of the hymen to bleed at intercourse on the wedding night. Victims of sexual assault can also use the procedure to get over the traumatic event and its memories. Some women like to get a hymen rejuvenation to feel young again.

Procedure: Hymenorrhaphy can be done months or years after a woman loses her virginity. It must be performed only by a plastic surgeon. In this procedure, the torn edges of the hymen are sutured back together. If done correctly, the touched-up hymen appears as good as new and bleeds on sexual penetration. Sutures dissolve by themselves after a few days. Hospital stay is only 5-6 hours post hymenorrhaphy. The procedure is done under anesthesia and it usually takes less than an hour to finish. Patients are discharged from hospital the same day and are advised not to do any vigorous activity like playing games, climbing stairs, and of course sex.

Risk involved: There are no documented risks of hymenoplasty and there are no complications either, if the surgeon is good. If an adverse reaction occurs, it’s temporary. Usually any discomfort in the private parts and swelling in the outer parts of the vagina usually subsides within days.

Recovery: The recovery time is minimal and the patient can return to work next day, if she wants. Complete healing, though, takes approximately 4 weeks. Good hygiene is important to avoid infection. Patients are advised to contact their doctor immediately after a hymenorrhaphy if there is feverabdominal painbleeding from vagina or the reconstructed hymen.
