Hello Manoj, Inability to sleep in spite of being totally exhausted can be very frustrating. One very effective medicine in Homeopathy is Ginseng 1X tablets. Take two tablets half an hour before sleeping. You can either chew them or even take it with water. Either ways, the effect will be good.

I have too much of weight. Then want to look slim. Please give a suggestion to me.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Dear user. I can understand. Masturbation thrice a day will affect your health for sure. But not in the way you presume. A masturbation will consume energy from your body as in the case of any other physical activity. You feel sleepy and tired after masturbation. If you continue doing it three times, you will naturally feel stressed, tired and unable to do any other work. Semen contains nothing except protein. This protein is never taken from your body whereas it is produced by prostrate glands and testicles. Nothing unhealthy about it. Take care.

Dear lybrate user, you may be suffering from a clinical condition called phimosis. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) after application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose.

Only thing which needs during pregnancy is ultrasound report. If that is normal then there is no need to worry. These blood tests r not needed except for special cases like ectopic or if usg does not pick up pregnancy.

Homoeopathic treatment is safe and effective way to provide permanent cure in fatty liver grade 2 disease. Fatty Liver Grade 2 Unhealthy lifestyle habits along with poor health maintenance usually give rise to various health problems.  In such a situation it is normally the gastrointestinal tract that gets affected initially, with the liver taking a major brunt of it all.  Fatty liver disease has progressed to be the most common ailment of the liver suffered by most at the present time. Causes – In some, genetics may be the causative factor for this disease condition.  But most often it is either due to abnormal conditions of the body systems like diabetes, high blood cholesterol or triglyceride levels, or excess body weight.  Over use of certain medications are also known to interfere with the proper functions of the liver and cause fatty liver disease to set in.  Heavy alcohol drinking is also linked to this liver condition. Treatment – Effective treatment depends on identifying the exact cause behind this disease development.  Now, fatty liver is classified into two – alcoholic and non-alcoholic type.  Hence, if an individual is diagnosed with the alcoholic type, then refraining from drinking alcohol, even in moderate amounts, will help in reversing this liver disease. For the non-alcoholic fatty liver type sufferers though the treatment involves a change in diet and lifestyle habits. Foods to Be Avoided – Refined carbohydrates like white rice, white bread, noodles, and pasta to be removed from the person’s diet. Processed junk foods contain excess greasy fats and thus needs to be removed.  Breakfast cereals are also processed highly and should be avoided.  Likewise, baked goods like cakes, cookies, scones, puff pastry, etc. Require excess fats for baking purposes and needs to be eliminated by the sufferer. Deep fried sweet and savories also to be avoided by the person.  Meat, especially red meats like lamb, pork and beef, and meat products that contain animal fats needs to be avoided. Dairy rich products like cheese, butter, margarine, mayonnaise, ice-creams and fruit yogurt also to be avoided. Artificial sweeteners to be avoided for breakdown of these additives will exert the liver. Foods to Promote Healthy Liver – Whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat, rye, and oats to be made part of the person’s regular diet.  Organic fruits and vegetables that are rich in fiber will benefit a fatty liver sufferer. If meat cannot be avoided, the person will need to switch to fat-trimmed meats and chicken.  Seafood like prawn, mackerel, salmon, sardine, tuna, etc. Which are rich in essential fatty acids may also be consumed by the sufferer. For regular cooking, oils that contain omega-3 fatty acids are recommended for the sufferer.  The best choice would be cold-pressed olive oil. Exercise – Reduction ofugh abdominal fat with exercise is recommended for fatty liver sufferers.  A regular exercise routine will also keep overall body weight at desired levels, which is essential to keep all disease conditions at bay.
