Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Too Much or Too Little - How Much Should You Indulge In It?

Indulging in intercourse daily is a healthy option for couples as it comes with a variety of benefits:

  1. Reduces stress
  2. Promotes longevity
  3. Leads to an increase in blood circulation
  4. Helps one sleep better
  5. Improves your fitness level

Indulging in intercourse daily certainly does come with benefits but overdoing the routine can result in various side-effects. According to most medical practitioners and sex-perts, doing it twice a day is considered optimum.

What happens if you overdo it on a regular basis?
However, stretching it up to thrice is acceptable, but going beyond that number can prove to be harmful as sex is a physical activity which puts strain on your body and genitals. The penis has a resting period, which if not adhered to, can lead to extreme stress on the organ and erectile dysfunction in the long-run. Other than distress in the penis, having sex too many times can also cause soreness in the penis and painful muscle contractions during an orgasm. In women, over-indulging in intercourse can cause tears in the vaginal area which can prove to be very painful while urinating or foreplay the next time. Women are also prone to contracting urinary tract infectionif they indulge in this process too many times. This is the reason why clearing the bladder for women is recommended.

However, sex-perts also believe that is very important for couples to embrace and indulge in this process as physical intimacy and satisfaction plays an important role in sustaining the relationship for a long time. Dear Sharma going to office depends upon your general condition and physical strength.Better not to go if you feel sick. You can do concerned exercises as per the advise of physiotherapists.If you want curative aspect you can use following Rumartho (Baidya bath) 2 tabs morning and evening with hot water Thrayodasang guggulu 2tabs morning and evening with hot water. Pippalyasavam. 20 ml with equal quantity of water after meals twice a day. Review after one month.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Premature ejaculation is a common problem which happens due to psychological stress and anxiety in majority of people. After confirming that these are not due to diabetics, hypertension or any other organic problems, for this reason, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) or fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem), are used to help delay ejaculation. If SSRIs don't improve the timing of your ejaculation, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil). I don't see any requirement of medicines for you. I suggest online sex therapy. Take care.

You are hurting persons then going to depression status. You are unable to control your moods properly. Because of your psychological problems it affects on physical aspects also. You need behaviour therapy. There is need of change your behaviour. Better to consult psychologist in bangalore. You have to change your behaviour. Anger management techniques are helpful when anger comes divert it towards other aspects. Take anything or talk to your friends. Change the place or move from the place. Walk when you feel anger. Take new things when anybody hurt to you. Smile when anybody hurt to you. Maintain calmness is also good. Do not argue do not react the situations. Feel always comfortable. Control mouth movements. Eat chicklets when mood spoils. Take any fruit juice or ice cream. Take rest. Sleep properly. If you follow these techniques no need to consult any psychologist. If you unable then consult. Practice yoga and meditation. Ok best of luck.

Hi lybrate-user, thanks for writing in. Clearly, you have a allergy of certain foods items. There are several food allergens which are quite common, especially in outside food. To list a few: egg, egg mixes, peanuts, peanut oil, vegetable oils, food colors, preservatives, sea foods clam, prawns, etc, wheat, maida, corn, besan, meat, chana, chana dal. It will be very difficult to find which of these foods you are allergic to, unless you undertake an allergy test. For the time being you can do following: a. Reduce outside food as level of contaminants are high b. Keep a small note of things which you eat. So that you can easily associate whenever you have allergic reaction c. Eliminate those foods from your diet for a temporary period d. Consult your doctor for antihistamines, which will reduce the symptoms e. Lastly, get your allergy test done, for permanent treatment. For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water because you might be suffering from mild enteritis which is not detectable in any tests

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
