Dear, Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will power. You may consult a physician or deaddiction therapist or a rehabilitation facility for further advice. You can also opt for online deaddiction therapy. Take care.

Sex thoughts, Sex addiction, masturbation addiction, porn films addiction etc comes under behavior addiction. Behavioral addiction is a form of addiction that involves a compulsion to engage in a rewarding non-drug-related behavior – sometimes called a natural reward – despite any negative consequences to the person's physical, mental, social or financial well-being. Behavior addiction needs to be curbed or controlled using your own self will power. Diverting your mind and body away from the circumstances which compels you for the addictive habit, with the help of physical exercises, games, entertainment etc can help you. Never sleep alone. Be always with your family even at night etc are some other tips. Willpower is the key always. Behavioral therapy also works well. Take care.

Hello,Smoking is injurious to health. Smoking can have serious effects on your life. The longer you smoke, the more damage you do to your body.If you want to quit smoking then take the below treatment:- take tabacum 200, 5 drops once in a week and arnica 30 ch, 5 drops once daily.Daphne indica 1x, 2 tabs twice daily. Dear lybrate-user. Thanks for the question. I can understand. You know the patient very well than anybody else here. Therefore you should know how to motivate the patient so that she takes the medicine for her own benefit. If you are not prepared, you should consult a psychologist. Because psychologists are trained motivators and they understand their language. Take care.

Was in a relation after a breakup. I tried to forget the things and hardly came out of it. But now the things I keep talking to myself shaking my head and all. In my mind I l create all those character and I'll talk then reply to that being another character. This is now happening every now and then not with the break up thing but also in other situation. Its really a difficult situation for many but not too hard to overcome. You need to get yourself busy start exercising/meditating. Make a schedule stick to it. Try to avoid painful triggers. Practice deep breathing. Break ups happen in everyone's life learn from it grow from it be better prepared for your next relationships. try to see the plus side of the situation. If you need counseling you can revert. Feel strong be strong all the best :)

Exams are a part of education system,everyone has to go through it. But stress not only decrease your performence but make you unhealthy too. Feeling of chest heaviness is an example of it.In your age gp. it is acommon problem. But you need not to worry, every problem has a solution. You can consult some councellar with the help of your parents,teacher or friends. Always share your problem with them.Take relaxing break during studies,Do meditation regularly. it is the best stress buster.Take care. Good luck.

This is common due to sexual arousal but in my opinion relation between 2 person starts from respecting each other should not based on sexual feeling should be better to concentrate in some extracurricular activities like music/sports/ yoga/ meditation etc.
