1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Hi I am 22 years old married for a year and half now gt married soon after college to seemingly a nice guy. But life turned into a nightmare. My mother in law tortured me wid workload and emotionally. Father in law is a puppent in the hands of mil and husband egoistic on his own. Do deworming - 3 tabs of nemocid + 200 mg metrogyl twice daily after food for 3 days. We need to build blood 1) high protein diet 2) green vegetables 3) vitamin c 4) fresh oxygen. 5) simple tonics like spoon of dexorange syrup or capsule / per day. Do get tested for hb only after 2 months and get back here with report.

One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter.

1.Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with Karvol plus inhalant capsule 2.Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily/otrivin nasal spray one spray three times daily 3.Take one tablet of Levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time. 4. Drink lukewarm water/hot soup/herbal tea etc 5.If you have recurrent attack of cold you may be having sinusitis/allergic rhinitis 6.Take plain xray PNS/CT scan of PNS after consulting ENT specialist to exclude sinusitis and take treatment accordingly 7. If sinusitis is excluded, it I could be due to allergic rhinitis, do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.

You seem to be suffering from tonsillitis. If it doesn't happen 4 to 5 times in a year then oral medications should suffice. If more than that then surgery is needed. So please consult an ent surgeon. You can take pain killers for a day or two and do warm saline gargles. Thanks.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water.
