Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose) 6. Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. Drink plenty of water daily. 8. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

You are suffering from sensitivity. Most of the time, pain stops in few mins, isn't it? consult a dentist & get your full mouth examination. There are many reasons to have sensitivity. Your doctor will prescribe you some desensitizing paste or he may advise you some fillings to treat the problem.

Hi If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine ( ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance

These are signs of hysteria and breathing is really important to calming yourself down. This is a fear-based behavior and can be very difficult to treat because you have found an unhealthy adaptation to a normal fear which you feel is impossible to resolve. Apart from regular and aerobic exercising, you must also visit a gym to build a good body image. You can go for personal grooming classes too. While regular vigorous exercise develops your body, the regimen will also enlarge your heart and help you handle stressful situations much more competently than others who don’t exercise. Dress well, eat well, sleep well and conduct yourself well in social circles to build confidence. Perform well in your studies and work, and feel good about your achievements. You could also go for hypnosis sessions to build your self-image from within. Now, remember that all your problems are in your mind: spiritual wellness, faith and prayer will boost your confidence really well. Emotional wellness will take care of the fear factor. There are lots of affirmations, if said three times at a time, everyday, they will gradually strengthen your concept of yourself. Yoga and meditation will also build you up. Speaking to a counselor will give you personal assistance in pursuing these goals.

Hello. Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. There are certain nutrients that you can add to your daily routine that can help encourage faster, more effective hair growth. Promote thicker hair with folic acid. This is necessary for the growth and repair of hair, take follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months. You can also try increasing the amount of folic acid in your diet. Folic acid can be found in whole-grain breads and cereals, leafy green vegetables, peas, and nuts. Increase your biotin intake. Biotin is an important water-soluble b vitamin, necessary for the the formation of fatty acids and glucose, as well as for metabolizing amino acids and carbohydrates. A biotin deficiency can lead to hair loss, so making sure you are getting the recommended amount is well worth the effort. Biotin is found in liver, oysters, cauliflower, beans, fish, carrots, bananas, soy flour, egg yolks, cereals, yeast, and other foods. Management: -exfoliate your face. Hair follicles can become blocked with dirt and prevent your hair from growing. Once a week, wear an exfoliant mask with eucalyptus. It's great for your skin, and can help promote hair growth. -massage your hair follicles. A gentle massage can help stimulate your hair follicles. Use your finger tips, and gently massage your face in circular motions for about two to three minutes. Try applying a facial moisturizer to create a smoother massage. -take in vitamin a. This vitamin stimulates the production of sebum, which keeps your hair follicles and skin hydrated. You can find vitamin a in eggs, meat, cheese, liver, carrots, pumpkin, broccoli, and dark green leafy vegetables. -get plenty of vitamin e, which has long been recognized as key for healthy skin, and can increase blood flow, which leads to an optimal environment for hair growth. Foods rich in vitamin e include oils, leafy vegetables, nuts, and beans, and most people get plenty of vitamin e when eating a normal diet. -boost circulation with vitamin b3. Healthy circulation may have a positive effect on hair growth. Reports find that b3 is even more effective when taken with biotin. -take in vitamin b5. This is also known as pantothenic acid. It not only helps the body use fats and proteins, necessary for healthy hair, it also has been reported to help reduce stress; and stress can definitely inhibit hair growth. Vitamin b5 occurs naturally in brewer's yeast, broccoli, avocado, egg yolks, organ meats, duck, milk, lobster, whole-grain breads, and more.

Start taking more nutritious food. Eat frequent healthy meals many times a day. Add fruits, vegetables, nuts and dairy to your diet. Eat oats, almonds and milk in morning. In mid morning eat a bowl of fruits in afternoon, eat chapatis, daal, chawal, curd and salads in evening eat sprouts - moong/chana sprouts at night, eat paneer, roti and sabzi during bed time - have a glass of milk also, do exercise to challenge your body. If you want your body to come out of their current comfort stage and increase in size you have to start moving it. Your nutritious food will directly go into your system and will help you grow.

Hello, electra should be started form day 2 of your fresh cycle any hobbit if started late by day 5 then intercourse has to be protected and better avoided for next 10 days for regular pill intake.

Dear lybrate user, remember to take lots of fluids (excluding tea and coffee) ie atleast 4 litres a day as your weight showing here is high. If you have access to a chemist you may order sachets of Electral (3-4 a day) to be dissolved in water as per instructions and sipped whole day. If not possible, drink plain water and you may have strained water from cooked rice (kaanji). For meals have curd with rice or home cooked vegetarian food with no spices or oils. In case you have this lose motion for more than 2-3 days or you see blood in the stool, or develop any other symptoms too, please seek private consultation as it may not just be food poisoning. Take rest at home and do not exert yourself as you are losing fluids. Get well soon!

You need to take have a regulated diet along with your medicines as advised. 4-5 meal rather than 2-3 large meals is recommended. Have more of complex carbs that is- whole grain cereal, pulses, nuts, pulses and lots of green vegetables. Fruit cam be taken in moderation, avoid simple sugar like in sweets, cakes, bakery products, refined or processed foods, junk foods, fried foods etc. A regular walk form 30-45 minutes is very important.

Hi lybrate-user never take supplements stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.
