Do proper warm up before you start and when you finish do proper cool down. Read a book called" stretching" by bob anderson. All warm ups and cool down requires stretching, this is the book which will give you all types of stretching exercises and by following your pain will vanish.

DEear lybrateuser, -Green tea is good for health as it is loaded with antioxidents & other nutrients which are beneficial for the body -the antioxidents reduce the formation of free radicals in the body protecting the cells from damage, -its a brain stimulant & enhances its function, it boosts the metabolic rate resulting in fat burning & weight control, it can have a protective action against some cancers, it improves insulin sensitivity & hence reduces blood sugar levels, also reduces LDL cholesterol & protects against heart disease -fiavour doesn't matter much, there are different flavours available in the market, like mint, honey & lemon, tulsi , you can try anyone.

there are no short cuts.these things are slow,prolonged and take their own time.start taking proper food and milk regularly in your diet.take 2 bananas per day for a month and see the difference

I am 22 male who have been with the problem of tinnitus for long. But nowadays, it is worse and I have consulted with multiple ENT specialist. As per their consultation, the test of ear found no other effects of problems to caused it. Several consultation done for tinnitus but no more benefited. No possibility history to caused this. I confused how to diagnose to have proper treatment.

Probable causes you must have been told. Avoid loud and very loud voices. Avoid extremes of weather --- very cold and very hot as well. Normally it is an age related problem. Or it may bay due to the action/side/bad effect of some medicine being taken for a long use. However, homoeopathy will help you.

Dear Lybrateuser, - The best source for vit d is sunlight, exposure for 10-15 min per day in the morning for 3-4 days is adequate for the daily requirement - dietary sources include fish such as salmon, tuna, egg yolk, cheese, fortified orange juice, cereals & soyamilk.
