Hello, It really depends on which part of the day you are, physically and, mentally peaceful. Ideally, morning is the best time to workout as your body is free from physical and mental stress.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

You can take healthy food, and seasonal vegetables, fruits. And include protein rich food in your diet.

1st you should start to take healthy diet nd light walk which will increase your metabolism and will increase your appetite. You can use small diet in small frequent interval. You should take whole egg. Full cream milk. Any fruit shake with milk and sugar. Stuffed parantha with butter. Vegetable with dry fruits.

See a neurologist. You may need an mri some cerebellar dysfunction is seen in old age which cause these symptoms. Walk carefully, preferably use a stick to avoid fall.

If a normal indvidual takes insulin then blood sugar goes critically down or precipitate hypoglycemia. It could be fatal sometimes. Hypoglycemia symptoms are palpitations, tremors, sweating, confusion etc in sever case coma and death. Without diabetologist or physicians prescription it is difficult to get insulin injections. Imo he is not taking insulin.

I had gone through c-section delivery 10 month before when can I start gym or yoga or any kind of exercises.

Hello... You can start it any time now.... But in start start with normal walk then increase your speed or you can start brisk walk..... After one month you can start any type of exercise..... If you still breast feed your baby then do not start any dieting.... Just follow healthy diet.. Avoid fried food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets.... All these will help you...... For any other advice or medicine you can consult me..... Good luck.....

Hello, You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches, milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs, juices, etc.

Maintain meal timings for every 2-3 hrs. Consume your regualr breakfast, lunch and dinner with small healthy snacks in between such as 2-3fruits/day, a cup of sprouts, or a cup of sweet corn, a fist of walnuts or soaked almonds or boiled peanuts, etc You can also consume fluids in between instead of snacks such as buttermilk, skim milk, cooconut water, lime juice, etc Include high protein foods such as 2-3egg whites per day, all pulses and legumes, wheat, paneer, tofu, skim milk, yoghurt, skinless chicken, boiled peanuts, soaked almonds, etc regularly in your diet. This will help you to gain weight.

I left gym from may 1st 2015. I was continuing from last year june and I have lost weight. I am scared" I will put on weight" but I am doing exercise at home and walking daily but still not feeling like gym workouts. Please suggest.
