Do weight lifting exercise gradually and follow the instruction of trainer. if you had tendency of hernia, don't lift heavy weight. weight lifting does not stop height growth

if you have tried so many things, than it will be better that you should take the diet pattern as per your desired requirement. your weight is too less, get your body analysis and body constitution done and than for a specified diet pattern for best results

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 64.4 kgs .take regular breaks from desk. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. ask me privately for detailed diet plan

Sir I have been diabetes patient since 2011. I am taking now gluconorm g2 for sugar and macsart 20 for hypertension. Besides I am taking metalida fort and cinafen plus. What should I do extra? My blood sugar fasting and pp are 135 &174 and pressure 110/70. Now my hands are tremoring.

I think try cutting down on rice totally and walking or exercising. If still bsl this range thn add glycomet 500 lunch time if your total metformin dose not exceeded 2000 mg /day. Target FBS 70-120 and ppbs 120-140.

Hi. Hi Lybrate user … Pl. Do not depend on medicines only. Pl. Eat few these things for reducing fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. It will help in toning the belly by reducing hunger and prevent you from overeating. There are few good exercise for reducing belly fat. I. E. Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Twist Crunches, Vertical Leg Crunch, Side Crunches, Bicycle Exercise, Rolling Plank Exercise, Lunge Twist, Side To Side Bending, Stomach Vacuum, Captain’s Chair, Walking, Jogging, Running, Cardio Exercises, Swimming. If you are trying to gain some kg, eat some lean red meat. Steak contains a lot of protein and iron. Foods like ground beef, pork chops can also be eaten.

Hi, Diet is to control eating junkfood,fried food. Take Tab Phytolacca berry(Dr Wilmar Shawbe.German) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Eat Oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively. Avoid bakery products and too much of fermented food include fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads in diet. Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day. Revert back
