Hello! take small n frequent healthy meal. Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 45 min a day. If possible take a good diet chart from a dietitian.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal..

Hi, after immobilization it take at least 6 month or more to recover, so don't worry about this, yaa you can take a help of physiotherapist they will teach you how to do your daily activities, so don't worry about it and take care.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing fat deposits few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Mr Barun Kumar, Please tell me are you on any anti diabetic drugs, if yes what are those and their dosage? The ayurvedic product mentioned is supposed to be for helping liver activity. It has no relation to diabetes control or insulin activity. If you no liver related issues then you may stop that. But it is important to take proper medications for controlling blood sugar.

I am regular hard drinker. I take 750ml (28.5% v/v) daily. To compensate its harm I go to gym regularly for gym for one hour weight training and 30-45 minutes jogging. Also due to calories count I don't eat much. Also I take green tea 6-7 times a day in place of traditional tea. Can I compensate the harm caused by wine.

Hye I'm sorry to say but there is nothing like compensating good health. Health is not about calories as much as it is about nutrients. Alcohol is empty calories. You have lost out on nutrients when you consumed it. Also no amount of green tea can help you maintain healthy. You may be taking in less sugar by replacing regular chai tea with green tea but if it's replacing your meals and suppressing your appetite, again you are losing out on nutrients. Remember, it's all about being sensible. Moderation is the key. Anything in excess is not good, even green tea.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dear lybrate-user, first very importantly you need to work on your stress, because your mind controls your body and if your mind is stressed your body will be affected. You can just start simply by having a glass of whey protein with milk (you can have optimum nutririon whey protein) in breakfast with omlette and multigrain bread sandvich. Follow it for 1 month.

1. Dont eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened beverages 2. Eating more protein may be the best long-term strategy to reduce fat 3. Cut carbs from your diet 4. Eat foods rich in fiber especially viscous fiber 5. Aerobic exercise is very effective at reducing fat 6. Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you are eating.

Hello Dr, For more than one year I am facing pain while passing stools. I drink 5-6 litres of water everyday. Sometimes I passes freely but most of the time it hurts and I am facing lot of pain and burning sensation during passing. No blood while passing but before 8 months sometimes I saw blood. There was symptoms of starting of ulcer before 1 year and I got treatment. I am worried of going toilet everyday in fear of pain. Pls help is anything serious.

Your symptoms suggestive of chro nic ana l fissure. Let a surgeon see you and decide future course of action .surgery or local treatment. Start drinking plenty of water and salads in your diet. Sit in a tub of warm water three times a day for 15 min specially after passing stools .that will relieve your pain.

In today's world, the number of working moms all over the world is more than ever. Such women have a huge two-fold task of balancing between work and home, which includes looking after their children and managing their work at office. Balancing the two ends can make life hard for a working mother.

Here are some effective ways to find balance in motherhood for working mothers:

  1. Find good child care: While you are out for work all day, it is very important for you to get a good babysitter or nanny for your child. You could should seek references from people and find a patient and quality babysitter for your child. It is important to manage and evaluate the babysitter on all the criteria you require. An experienced and friendly sitter would make your child comfortable.
  2. Keep the morning easy: Get things organized at night so that you can keep the mornings hassle free. Use the mornings to prepare your child’s lunch and laying out clothes. Plan all kinds of family schedules during this time.
  3. Maintain a family calendar: You should maintain a calendar to figure out the priorities of your family. You can maintain bill payment dates, a chore calendar for your kids, a list of all important events and other required charts. This will enable you to maintain everything, in spite of your busy schedule and enable you to strike a better balance.
  4. Stay connected during daytime: You should try to stay connected with your children, even when you are away. You should call them frequently or send them cute messages or voice recordings and videos. This will keep them happy and they will miss you less. They will be more comforted and feel loved that you are near instead of being away at work.

Life is quite difficult for working mothers who have to balance work and family together. In order to maintain a balance, follow the above-mentioned measures and lead a happy and fulfilling life.
