I do not think antibiotics has anything to do with your symptoms of fatigue, weakness, etc. Although the disease itself may cause such symptoms. Pls maintain a proper diet and if needed you may take multivitamins.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I suppose that most of your issues can be ascribed to you being a diabetic and thus can be resolved by discussion with an endocrinologist / general physician who is managing your diabetes. If you have back pain with radiation to legs with associated symptoms than we can think of spine as a cause of your symptoms and then you may get in touch with me. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Thanks & regards Dr Akshay Kumar Saxena

If you have low back pain and sciatica you can undergo intermittent pelvic traction where in your half of your body weight will be added in the electronic traction so that that would help you to reduce the pain, along with Interferential therapy stimulations which would help you to get relieved from the radiating pain. Apply ice for the pain to get subsided immediately. If you cannot go immediately for the physiotherapy treatment. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. L have a problem of back pain when I am sitting for more than 1 hour at 1 place. Tell me what to do? It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. The lower end of the vertebral column is inflamed and that bone is called coccyx bone and the condition is called Coccydynia. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. And to reduce the weight falling on the inflammed surface we suggest patients to use air cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain. Back pain / Sciatica: If you have low back pain and sciatica you can undergo intermittent pelvic traction where in your half of your body weight will be added in the electronic traction so that that would help you to reduce the pain, along with Interferential therapy stimulations which would help you to get relieved from the radiating pain. U need calcium consumption for increase the bone density.

I am suffering from lower backpain due to excessive masturbate. Prescribe me some medicines to recover from it.
Excessive masturbation leads to back pain. Reduce the frequency of masturbation. Twice a week is preferable. Try back strengthening exercises thrice a day to ease pain. Also try hot water fermentation with added salt in it. Correct your posture. Keep your spine straight. Follow these steps and leave a feedback.

Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hi it can be fibromyalgia. Some test may be required like cervical xray, diabetes, calcium, vitamin d etc. But first it will be good if you visit orthopaedic or physiotherapist personally for clinical examination. Meanwhile take hot water bath twice a day and take healthy and balanced diet. Best wishes.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Easy Ways to Deal With Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Easy Ways to Deal With Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a painful one that is born from a strain on the median nerve, which loops through the wrist bone to connect it with the rest of the hand and fingers so as to promote motion. This condition can be a painful and debilitating one that usually starts at night, and affects the various fingers, especially the thumb and index finger. The symptoms include numbness, a tingling sensation, a weak grip, and the inability to do many tasks that involve the thumb and index finger. There are many ways of treating this condition with the help of physiotherapy, steroids and corticosteroids. There are easier ways of dealing with this issue on an everyday basis, as follows.

  1. Wrist Splint: It is a good idea to wear a wrist splint at night which will keep the bones and muscles stationary as the pain in this condition usually starts at night. This will also prevent further damage to the median nerve.
  2. Activity: Keep your activity to a minimum to give your hand and rest, in particular, some much needed rest from the pain, numbness and tingling. Further, you need to avoid activities that cause too much pain and numbness. Also, take care to keep your thumb and wrist straight during other activities so that there is less strain on the median nerve.
  3. Strength and Flexibility: Many times, the pain from the wrist and fingers can spread towards the arm as well. In order to prevent this and to treat the pain on a more long term basis, it is important to turn to some mild exercise which can make the area more flexible and strong. This can include wrist twists which can be done ten times for each hand. One can also try Yoga to strengthen the joints in the upper body.
  4. Ice Pack: Use an ice pack or ice compress on your wrist for ten to fifteen minutes each every few hours to help in relieving unbearable pain.
  5. Anti-Inflammatory Medication: Patients suffering from this condition can also turn to non steroid medication that will help in bringing down the inflammation. This inflammation is usually responsible to a great extent for symptoms like numbness and pain which can halt various activities. These drugs may include aspirin, ibuprofen, and even naproxen sodium.
  6. Taking Breaks: One must take regular breaks at work and flex the fingers and the wrist so that the painful bending posture does not make matters worse.

Ensuring that you manage your everyday functioning despite Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a matter of balancing your activities with rest.
