Use antidandruff shampoo daily. Use keshkanti oil from ramdev at bedtime it is really effective do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Avoid junk food and fried food.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.

Wash face with neem face wash dry than rub rudraderm cream on scars. Chsnge food habites. Add in your food vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, milk, milk products.

I am diagnosed with a little increase in my bone in my heel. What should I do now?

Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area: Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.

Hi, My age 26 years, I week ago I had typhoid, after taking medicine I feel ok now. Should I visit again to doctor and there is any test which confirm me, that I don't have typhoid bacteria now.

IN typhoid fever take plenty of water. if you have severely dehydrated, you may need to receive fluids through a vein (intravenously). Avoid contaminated water.,avoid open foods and foods at outside of home. Wash proper hand before meal and after toilet . Drink warm water. Take liquid diet,juice,papaya, dalia, green veg., khamira with honey, avoid oily meal. Do tests cbc,typhi-dot, lft,kft,urine r/m,blood c/s, After tests take antibiotics by physician. Take OTC medicines as :- tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice a day after meal. Take protein powder 1 tsf with milk for energy. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day After meal

Hi, its just an exam you do not have to be so stressed out. You need to organize yourself and make a schedule. You can sleep early and get up early for studying. Early morning study is always better. Make a schedule stick to it, make pointers for the matter you are studying revise everything at night before sleeping. Close books 1 hour prior to sleeping. Have warm milk and may be warm water bath at night before sleeping. You can also practice deep breathing- inhale from nose exhale from mouth till you feel calm. All the best.
