I'm really getting depressed because of this sunken eyes I'm losing my self confidence please help me I have sunken eyes because I lost a lot of weight recently I've been trying to apply almond under eye cream but no effect please don't ask me to gain weight I can't do that also please don't advise expensive fillers as I'm still a student and can't afford it. Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...so take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Hello! Treat your skin gently. Always apply sunscreen half an hour before going out in the sun. Reapply sunscreen every 3-4 hours till evening. Keep your skin covered in pollution and dust. If you think that applying great products alone will give you glowing skin, then you are wrong. You are what you eat. Nutrition plays an important role to keep you glowing inside out. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains. Try to limit intake of junk, smoke and alcohol as these harm your skin the most. One key point I would emphasize here is to exfoliate your skin regularly. Regular exfoliation can be done both by using natural products like gram flour and yogurt or fullers earth. Using sunscreen after exfoliation is must, so never skip the sunscreen. Exfoliation along with daily moisturization works wonders on your skin. Pamper your skin once in a week with a good face mask, massage and a relaxing bath. See a Dermatologist personally. Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.

Well its not mandatory to take a pneumococcal vaccine. Generally pneumococcal vaccine is given to prevent any infection caused by pneumococcus, there are 100+ strains of pneumococcus but this vaccine only provides resistance to infection cause by 13 strains. So the baby has still chance of getting infection from rest of the strains. Generally we recommend this vaccine to babies who are born premature and are at high risk of getting infection, like babies who often get ill having cough and cold or pneumonia. It is mandatory for persons travelling to usa, so if you plan to visit usa in future, get your baby vaccinated. If money is not an issue you can get baby vaccinated. If money is an issue you can skip doses for 1st year and get a single dose at 15 months, that would be enough for life long immunity. So its your decision depending on child health and history as well as your financial status. Hope I have solved your query.

Headache during study can be due to: 1. Vision problems: Consult an ophthalmologist and wear spectacles after vision check if needed. 2. Improper posture during studies. Follow these tips to avoid headache during studies i) Sit on table chair with straight back. Book should be at comfortable reading distance. Keep table in well lit area and light should fall from front on the book. Ii) In between studies take breaks and splash eyes with water and focus on distant objects. Iii). Take simple analgesics like paracetamol for relief. Iv) Follow fix sleep wake cycle. V) Do not take caffeine or tea in excess. Avoid smoking or alcohol. Vi) Exercise daily. This is just a brief outline. If problem persists, you need to be evaluated in detail.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

1. Male boob is due to a medical condition called gynaecomastia which is some times seen in adolescent age group or young adults 2. It is due to elevated level of blood estrogen and decrease level of testosterone. 3. It is not serious and sometimes go away on its own otherwise has to be treated by medicine or surgery 4. It is due to excess accumulation of fat in the chest 5. Regular chest and arm exercise like dumbbell exercise and push up exercise will help reduce the gynaecomastia 6. Reduce intake of fatty food like red meat, cheese, butter, ghee, cream, whole milk etc 7. Avoid alcohol since it decreases blood testosterone 8. Apply gynexol cream containing natural ingredients like aloevera juice, retinol, vitamin a, extract of ginkgo biloba or take gynexin pills containing green tea extract, caffeine etc 9. If no relief, consult surgeon for advice.

For the majority of adult males the foreskin auto-retracts on erection to show at least the majority of the glans (head, provided you can then manually retract it fully you don't have a problem. During sex the foreskin needs to be retracted. You should manually retract it before insertion into the vagina so that it doesn't get in the way of the direct glans rim to vagina contact which is so essential for maximum stimulation, and thus pleasure, especially for your partner. If your foreskin is too tight to freely pass over the rim of the erect glans then you are suffering from phimosis. This will interfere with sexual enjoyment. The discomfort (or even significant pain) of the tight foreskin being forced back during sex may even cause you to end the sex act before you have had an opportunity to impregnate your partner - thus it can seriously affect your ability to become a father. There is also a possibility that during the thrusting of sex your foreskin may be forced back and rip with painful, very bloody and highly embarrassing consequences. If you cannot freely retract your foreskin when erect then you should see your doctor about getting a circumcision to correct this abnormality so that you and your partner can properly enjoy sex. The younger you are when getting this done the easier it is and the more of your life will be available for properly enjoying sex.--------------stretching exercises, when erect just pull it back as far as it will go and hold for 5 mins. Do this a few times daily. In the shower helps, and you should see results within days/weeks. Could also try, if its possible to pull back a bit, pull it back, grab the glans (top cap of penis) with two fingers and roll the foreskin up over the two fingers as far as it will go (when the ring of skin turns white). Hold it there for 5 mins. Lubricant helps with this. It's fairly common, and this should help. Also try rubbing vitamin e (add few drops of olive oil) around the top and inside the foreskin, which may help elasticate it.

Good to know about basic tests being normal. Get eyes tested too. Eat well a low carb and low fats diet but rich in natural vitamins like seasonal vegetables and fruits according to your constitution, exercise in moderation. You are overweight for your height. Reduce weight @ 5 kg per month by diet and exercise only-no health supplements to reduce weight or any medicines. Extra weight does cause blackouts and dizziness, because the body has to put in more efforts to digest food. At 27 you can change your eating habits for life. Reduce sugar, salt & fats to bare minimum but do take good fats like a spoon of desi ghee/ butter and a katori of assorted nuts, which will give you good fats plus proteins. Do take toned milk & curds as simple proteins, write back after a month. Ive.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

Almost 9 years ago in 2007, when I was in my vacation and travelling in train, in mid night I had a feeling that train was rolling, Immediately I sat and I was holding the chain firmly and did not sleep the whole night. Very next day when I met doctor, he examined and said whenever I lie down, my pressure goes less than 100 and when I get up it goes above 120, That is the reason for this happening. Then I had some medication. I was told not to get up from bed immediately, but slowly turn one side, put one leg down on the ground and then both leg on ground. I followed for this for almost a month. Then it slowly vanished. I was later told this might be because of some shoulder bone pressing some nerve which stops blood going to brain for fraction of seconds and I was asked to go physiotherapist. He did some IR therapy and suggested some exercises and slowly I forgot that incident till 2015. In 2015, when I was cycling (prior to joining Goqii), I fainted on middle of road and lasted for few minutes and I was admitted to hospital. The discharge summary simply indicated Syncope. After that once in 2 or 3 months, I have giddiness for fraction of seconds, while getting up from chair or bed or coming out of car (basically when I stand up after long sitting). All X-Ray, ECG, ECHO, CT scan and even MRI shows normal.

Your initial description falls in the category of benign postural paroxysmal vertigo precipitated by change of postures and neck movements on a particular side. Your small episode of unconsciousness while cycling needs more analysis. Syncope is the most plausible explanation but it could also be due to sudden kinking of the vertibro basilar artery in the neck bones supplying the posterior part of brain causing sudden loss of balance and transient unconsciousness. Because your all investigation reports are normal one has to presume that you are suffering from bppv and you will need special neck rotational exercises called epley maneuver which needs separate description and guidance to do. If the presumed diagnosis is correct then this maneuver may cure you of your problem. If despite this there is no relief then some more investigations like carotid angiography may be needed. Of course all this is postulation on the basis of your narration without going in the details of reports.
