Diet plan for weight gain In the present, where countless people are trying to lose their weight, there also many people who are underweight, and trying to gain some weight. While, being thin is something that, an over weighted person is dreaming about, it is not such as enjoyable feeling to be skinny for a thing person. At the same time, being too thin can also lead to many kinds of health-associated problems. Therefore, it is extremely essential to put on some weight. If, you also an underweight person and trying to gain some weight then, a healthy diet plan can help in this regard a lot. However, the fast foods and sweets can increase the weight; also accumulate fats in body, which are not healthy. Thus, it is necessary to follow a healthy diet plan that is healthy and nutritious. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to eat more than normal. The diet should be high in calories and proteins. High proteins intake is necessary for muscles weight. You should not stop or minimize the intake of carbohydrates and fats at any condition. At the same time, you must remember that all these foods are excellent sources of energy, which is essential for the body to function. Moreover, you should break your three meals into five or six sections. For instance, you can add 3 or 4 snacks with your three heavy meals. Here is a list of some high calorie foods that can help in gaining some weight. Vegetables – Vegetables are high in nutritious and should be included in every diet for all meals. You should consume all kinds of vegetables especially, starchy vegetables such as carrots, corn, potatoes, winter squash, pea and many more. Fruits – Fruits also contain many kinds of nutrition, vitamin, minerals and calories. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to comprise the high calorie fruits such as apple, pineapple, banana, pear and dried fruits as snacks between your meals. Cereals – Cereals such as nuts, granola, oat bran, wheat bran can also help in gaining weight. Therefore, you should add them in your diet. You can also add some fruits, nuts and take them by mixing with low fat milk. Beverages – You should also include some fruit juices, soft drinks, fruit smoothies, and low fat milk in your daily diet to gain weight. Moreover, drinking adequate amount of water in a day is necessary to detoxify your body properly. Consumption of drinks like tea, coffee and alcohol should also stop or minimize. Together with above foods and eatables, you should also try to have different types of soups, salads, dairy products like eggs, cheese, and butter. Eating more than normal is not enough to gain weight, it is also necessary to do some physical activities. So, you should also exercise on regular basis. It considered that, gaining weight is easier as comparing to losing. However, gaining healthy weight can be a difficult task than just gaining weight. So follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and put on some healthy weight.

Early Morning

1 glass milk with banana or Chiku shake or Mango shake etc.
Tea or coffee with 2 Normal biscuits or 1 Khakra or 2 toast

Breakfast

2 Vegetable stuffed paratha, with curd
2 Masala Dosa eith sambhar and Coconut chutney
2 moong dal chilla with chatney
2 paneer stuffing parathe with curd
2 Omelets
4 Toasted butter bread with any stuffing Poha or upma 1 bowl with any Milk shake. 3-4 Saboodana vada or Khichidi 1 plate with curd 1 plate Fried Rice with Salad or Curd 1 bowl Lunch 2 chapati with or without ghee, 1 bowl vegetable ( any) , 1 bowl dal and 1 Bowl rice 1 Lassi with 1 bowl Briyani and salad 1 bowl Sprouts with salad and 1 glass nimboo pani Any fruits - 1 or 2 Bowls with any evening snacks. Dalia with vegetable - 1plate and salad 1 bowl or curd 1 bowl. Evening Fruits 2 bowls ( Any fruit) Ground nut Chikki - 1 pcs , Dry fruits - 4 pcs , Roasted Dry fruits - 5 pcs Tea or Coffee - 1 spoon sugar with 2 cookies or 2toast Dinner- 2 chapati with or without ghee, 1 bowl vegetable ( any) , 1 bowl dal and 1 Bowl rice Kichidi ( any type ) -1 plate 1 glass milk with one spoon sugar Dalia with vegetables - 1 Plate Notes - Per day 2 spoon oil or ghee and 2 spoon of sugar is used Morning to Night. there is lots of options, choose any one option everyday. Exercise - Do at least one exercise twice or once every day, its help to boost your metabolism. running , swimming , walking , etc.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Dear sir/madam my problem is ringworm and it is spreading so fast even I used fluconazole, with antibiotic and clobenate etc. But it is not cure which medicine is best please suggest me.

Clobenate must not be used in infection, stop it. Other antifungal medicine can be tried if fluconazole is not working. Apply cream of antifungal and also eat in tablet form for quick recovery.

No now you are okay if fever has gone. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious/ light diet food items like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits, eggs, fish, etc. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take any multivitamin tablet once daily after food for 2 weeks.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. 6) massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Weakness may b due to fever. Take rest. If fever continues take appropriate tests. Drink hot water. Hot milk with pepper to soothen your cough. Drink rice or wheat porridge, soups to improve your stamina. Opt for bland diet. No too much spicy n salt. Mild good tat aid in digestion during fever.

Hi Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.
