Abdominal cramps are fairly common in new runners. To prevent it make sure you eat light before you start running so that there is plenty of room for breathing. There should be a gap of 2-3 hr between meal and running. Breathe deeply from the base of your lungs. Avoid getting nervous because it makes you breathe shallow. When you start running initially start slow to prevent cramps. Inspite of everything if there is still cramp ,slow down and exhale forcefully multiple times. The pain should go in few seconds.

Hello, Measure your temperature and tell me reading Tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. And Get your following test done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Urine R/M 3.Typhidot 4. Malarial antigen 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken consult me again with reports

Swine flu: do's and don'ts

1. Don't expect seasonal flu vaccination to prevent swine flu.
2. Don't count on a face mask to prevent swine flu infection.
3. Try avoiding crowded places during a peak seasonal rise of swine flu.
4. Keep sick children at home avoid sending to school.
5. Make an attempt to encourage your childs school to spread awareness amongst all parents about the swine flu thourgh strict instructions.
6. Working staff should be recommended to take a sick leave in case of flu symptoms.
7. Don't get complacent.
Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze. Use a tissue or your arm -- not your hands.
Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Or use an alcohol-based hand cleaner.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
Stay home if you are sick until at least 24 hours after you have been free of fever of 100 degrees fahrenheit or more, or signs of fever, without using fever-reducing medicines.

Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strengthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Dear Tejas. Welcome to lybrate. Symptoms of aids are not well defined. General lack of immunity and contracting continuous cough and cold could be an indication. There are no curable medicines. But avoiding unsafe sex can protect you. Take care.

To make it fair is difficult as the colour is due to Hyperpigmentation. To increase sex stamina dont use market products as they have many sideeffects. Take proper Ayurvedic medicines internally as well as for application under guidance of Ayurvedic Doctor. Also give Detail history and take exact medicines.

you have fungal infection, it takes time to heal completely, keep the area dry. and consult a doctor as you will need anti fungal tablets too along with cream.

Diet control and exercise is very important in management of diabetes. At her age hba1c of less than 7 is target for sugar control without hypoglycemia. What medicine she is taking? due to her leg abscess or ulcer she might have exercise restriction but even a few min walk will help a lot.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night 9.Don’t sleep in day time 10.Don’t take sleeping pill 11If no relief consult doctor

Increase in sex time needs proper understanding of the cause of low timing. Often the cause is due to improper timing between the husband wife (as they together may not get excitement) or some problems in male like inadequate erection or too early ejaculation. The problem is easily solved by sexologist consultation. Doctor will take proper and detailed history, some examination and then advise the best treatment. The treatment options are sex therapy, sex counseling and sex exercise. Above all, drugs are present but please remember don?t take drugs shown in TV/ newspaper as these will harm you.

I am sleeping exactly 6 hrs a day considering the sleep cycles. I am used to this routine from 1 month usually between 11.30 pm to 5.30 am. From last week when I sleep for 1 nd half hour or 3 hours in the evening. I am waking soon (without alarm) after my remaining sleep cycles are completed without dizziness. If I sleep for 1 nd half hour in the evening, I am waking around 4.10 am. If I sleep for 3 hrs, I am waking around 2.30 am. If I sleep only for 20 min (short nap ), I didn't find any sleep disturbance until 5.30 am. I am sleeping in the evening because I was being tired after continuous classes in my college. Can I continue this? Is this routine good? If not what should I do if awakened before my alarm which will be at 5.30 am. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.
