97.4 is the normal body temperature that means you don't have fever anymore just take proper rest and good healthy diet you will recover in a couple of days for headache you can take tab paracetamol 500mg twice a day for two days

To gain weight you should eat at frequent intervals" never skip any meal of the day" avoid junk food. Don't smoke as smoking suppresses appetite. Take healthy diet with enough of good fat, carbs & protein in diet. Include high calorie food items in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, nuts, cheese, yoghurt, sweetened beverages such as cold coffee, shakes. Help yourself with more of nuts & dairy products.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. Hello. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do running ,jumping and, skipping, cycling also. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take small and frequent meals. Don't lie down soon after meal. Don't sleep in the afternoon. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food and processed food. Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to you.

Hi Karuna, Try to take small & frequent meal 2 major meals & 3-4 small meal / snacks. Never skip your break fast & do not do heavy dinner. Try to include 4-5 meals pf fruits & vegetables. Avoid simple sugar & sugar carbs in your diet. Avoid junk foods/ fried or deep fried foods. Do regular walk/ exercise like brisk walk/ jogging/ skipping/ running whatever is possible.

Hi lybrate-user go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week. Medicines only yield short term results.
