How to gain weight while doing the gym and at the same time not using the steroids?
Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Sir I'm 48 yes. Old man, doing daily workout at gym. Recently I bought double mass gainer supplement. Now I like to know that is it safe to take this supplement? For your information it's been 2 yes. That me gallbladder is taken out due to stone by laparoscopic operation. I heard that supplements destroy kidney. By which chemical or vitamin contain in supplement can damage kidney.

Hello we would not recommend you to take supplements because yes in the long run it can harm your health. Try take up a good healthy balanced diet instead of any supplements.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine 1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.

Anxiety and depressive illness is a medical/psychiatric illness that can be treated effectively by antidepressants and cognitive behavior therapy. So one has to see a psychiatrist at the earliest. Geographic tongue Symptoms of geographic tongue Causes and risk factors Treatment or self-care for geographic tongue Geographic tongue is the name of a condition that gets its name from its map-like appearance on the upper surface and sides of the tongue. It may occur in other areas of your mouth, as well. You'll be relieved to know that geographic tongue is a harmless, benign condition that isn't linked to any infection or cancer. Two other names for geographic tongue are benign migratory glossitis and erythema migrans. Affecting about 1% to 3% of people, geographic tongue can show up at any age. However, it tends to affect middle-aged or older adults more often. It appears to be more common in women than in men. Symptoms of geographic tongue the telltale signs of geographic tongue are irregular, smooth, red patches on parts of the tongue. These patches may: have a white or light-colored border vary in size, shape, and color appear one area, and then move to another area come and go or change very quickly in days, weeks, or months last up to a year you may be unaware that you have geographic tongue until your dentist or other health care provider diagnoses it during an oral exam. About one in 10 people with geographic tongue may have mild discomfort or a burning or painful sensation. This is often from sensitivity to substances such as: hot, spicy, or acidic foods cigarette smoke toothpaste causes and risk factors geographic tongue occurs when parts of the tongue are missing layers of small bumps called papillae. They normally cover the entire upper layer of your tongue. Why do you lose these papillae with geographic tongue? nobody knows for sure. However, because geographic tongue tends to run in families, genetics may be a common link. Geographic tongue has also been seen more frequently in people with psoriasis and in those with fissured tongue. In fissured tongue, cracks and grooves appear on the tops and sides of the tongue. Treatment or self-care for geographic tongue seeing a dentist or doctor is the best way to rule out a more serious problem. In most cases, he or she can diagnose geographic tongue from a description of your symptoms and from examining your mouth and tongue. You may need tests to rule out other medical conditions. In most cases, any pain or discomfort will get better without treatment. But if you have severe, ongoing pain, medication can help. These are examples of what your doctor or dentist may prescribe: over-the-counter pain relievers anti-inflammatories mouth rinses with anesthetic corticosteroids applied directly on the tongue zinc supplements if you're wondering about steps you can take to hasten the relief of symptoms, try limiting these substances or avoid them altogether: tobacco hot, spicy, or acidic foods or dried, salty nuts toothpaste with additives, whitening agents, or heavy flavoring (toothpaste for sensitive teeth is a better choice)

Hello friends, my name is Dr. Tarun Jhamb. I am an MD physician practicing for the last 15 years and have a vast experience from Apollo Hospital, Delhi and Columbia Asia Hospital, Gurgaon. Today we will discuss about the best motive of 'Be Healthy and Stay healthy'. That is our motive in life. We will discuss few tips which will give immense knowledge to you.

We will start with our diet schedule. Diet is very important to increase the immunity and boost our immune system and fighting the infections and other general problems. Starting with breakfast, lunch and dinner, the basic timing for all these should be fixed and there should be small amount of food but on regular basis. Diet should be easily penetrable and healthy from all the balanced nutrients point of view. There should be a lot of carbohydrates, proteins, low amount of fats and also lot of fruits and vegetables. Breakfast is very important in the morning. Never skip the breakfast because after over a night of a long fast we are taking the break and getting the food. So it’s good for the health and maintains the nutrition status of our body. The same is for the lunch and dinner. All the timings should be fixed. Next comes the content. All the healthy food contains all the basic components as we have already discussed. So diet is important focus for our health.

Second comes our exercise and jogging schedule. In exercise, we get the toxins out of our body; we get our circulation, muscle strength, energy levels. We are maintaining our strength and stamina. We are acting out our lungs and getting the best of oxygen and taking out the carbon dioxide. So exercise on a regular basis since it’s very good for health. Simple exercise is not very costly like walking but just take care that it should be a safe and infection free platform once we are walking or doing the jogging and exercise. We should take a lot of liquids and juices during our exercise to avoid dehydration.

Next is the sleeping pattern. Our body needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep according to the person’s requirement and we should have the deep sleep so that we get more energy after we are waking up. Throughout the night hours keep a regular timing for the sleep and make your mind to get the proper energy level during sleeping.

Other factors which are good for the health are meditation and yoga therapy. Meditation makes the body healthy and relaxes the muscles. It saves us from a lot of further medical problems. So giving some time for a simple meditation which does not require much of training is also good for the health. Next comes the washing healthy habits where we should take a proper wash of the body. We should have proper cleaning up of the body and proper tooth brush on a daily basis. We should learn how to have the good hand hygienic techniques. That’s very simple and basic and it makes us good from all the sinus problems, skin problems. It detoxifies our body and makes it healthy. We should also have the De-stress lifestyle which is keeping one work at a time. Just briefing all of these, our motto should be to Be healthy and stay healthy.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your husband should avoid taking sleeping pills as it can lead to dependency & harmful effects over a period of time - he should follow some precautions in his daily routine: - try to find out if he has any stress due to any problem & try to solve it - try to have a fixed sleep & wakeup time, the body & mind also requires about 7-8 hrs of rest at night - there should be some physical activity like exercise (walking, jogging, cycling) which is a great sleep inducer, also the day should be busy with a job or following a hobby (if time permits) which keeps the mind busy - avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee as the caffiene in it disturbs the sleep, avoid taking it in the late afternoon or evening - have a light meal in the evening as a heavy fatty meal can cause bloating & discomfort while sleeping at night - have a warm water bath before sleep time, also have a glass of warm milk - avoid watching any screen like TV, mobile, computer 2-3 hrs before sleep time as the blue light emitted from them activates the brain, rather listen to light music or read before going to bed - keep the room dark without any noise & disturbance & at a comfortable temperature - avoid napping in the day, at the most 15-20 min in the early afternoon.

Dengue fever recovery takes approximately 2 wks in most of the people. Avoising too much exertion during the period, taking plenty of fluids amd good sleep helps a lot in making recovery.

Hi for preventing hair loss aswell to prevent obesity get serum ferritin T3t4 tsh vitamin d vitamin b12 abnormal values of these may indicate a further course of action yet a high protein diet lots of calcium rich foods like milk n milk products banana. Non veg options too may help start to walk for 30' daily

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi Different individuals have different skin type. You don't have to worry. Kindly wash your face minimum for 3-4 times in a day regularly with a good face wash to remove the dirt and oil from your face. You should include more protein rich food in your diet. Food items like kernals, beans and nuts carries vitamin B2 that is functional in preventing excess oil production on skin. Also, oily skin is related to genetic cause, medications, hormonal changes, excess cosmetic usage, seasonal change as well as stress. You need to figure out about the cause. If it is genetic, oily skin becomes unavoidable and cannot be removed completely, but can surely be reduced. If you have pimples due to this type of skin, you should take homoeopathic treatment for the same as it is beneficial.
